The dr didn't go over what I was concerned about, brought up rosacea on my face by saying "what's up with that rash on your face?" I wasn't aware of any rosacea on my face and wasn't there to talk about it either. Then the billing is THE ABSOLUTE WORST, they don't place accounts on hold but say they will note the account so you're not put into collections since they need to review a bill because they billed it incorrectly. They never call back and put you in collections THE DAY AFTER they said your account would be noted and not sent to collections since they had to review it. The worst. Do NOT go here if you are looking for good medical care from providers who actually care.

Now patients are not packed in the waiting room, they make the appointments so rooms are full and Dr can give you full attention. Dr is able to get to patients in the rooms faster. Also get to the patients that arrive in the waiting room 1 or 2 at a time. Also you get in and out from seeing the Dr much faster now.

Everyone I met there has been overly nice and caring towards me. They are very knowledgeable about the medications they prescribe and what’s going on with you. I couldn’t ask for a better health clinic to to to❤️ I’m so lucky to go here❤️❤️❤️ Thank you Brownsville health clinic
