This location has ALWAYS been HORRIBLE!!! That's right on par for Sutter!!! They r supposed to be open according to their website. Unless they closed early AGAIN!!! They r NEVER open the hours listed on this website. Sutter Health plan REALLY REALLY SUCKS!! I pay and pay and pay!! I only say w them because of one particular doctor I see who is a doll. Horrible health care in hospital and out patient.

The phlebotomists at this Sutter lab on Greenhaven are phenomenal. I am a cancer survivor and have had hundreds of blood-draws done over the last 5 years. The staff here are Friendly, professional, quick, and they know what they’re doing!! I came here after my chemo & radiation was over, and I only wish I had come in during treatment! I needed the care this lab provides back then! (So many missed-veins) and will only go to this location now. : )

It was easy enough to schedule an appointment. When I showed up, there was not much wait time, and staff seemed efficient and competent. They support electronic health records, so I can see my stats by logging in on the internet, which is nice.
