They sent me a list of false allegations against me, using it as justification to cut me from seeing my doctor. They are fully aware that she has been my only care provider for the past year as I have gone through some very tough situations, that she and I had agreed to biweekly appointments, and that I have continued stressors from having to overcome so many difficulties so quickly, yet it has been over a month since I sent my response. No one will give me any updates regarding my appeal no matter how I contact the Patient Resource Center. Based on the information I have, such as the timing of the information I received versus when my appointments were cancelled and what I was told on the phone before the cancellations versus after, it appears that someone at the facility who has never even met me is interfering with my ability to receive care.

I went to this facility for the first time recently. It is so nice. The staff was all friendly and my doctor could not have been nicer or more helpful. I love that the lab is downstairs so I can get all lab work done immediately. Highly recommend.

If you value your life avoid this place altogether. My family member was out of his medication that he needs to survive for a week because DR. SCHLENZ ordered the wrong amount and it has been one week since he has his medication and we called the nurse, the front desk, everywhere win this facility to get ahold of his medication to no avail. This isn’t the first time, DR. SCHLENZ incredibly unreliable and this happens every refill. She needs to be thoroughly checked by her higher up because she will face serious consequences one day for her carelessness regarding patients. We still haven’t received the medication and we hope to never have to rely on such RECKLESS doctors such as DR. SCHLENZ.

I love this office!! Every time I come to the doctor here, everyone is professional and very courteous. I generally see Dr Eder, but if she is not available I've seen other doctors that I feel are very competent and have been very kind. My wait time has been very minimal and I consider it tobto within the average range of waiting time both for getting an appointment and once I'm in the office. I moved back east for a year and I missed this office as I could not even get into a doctor in Connecticut for the whole year. I'm so happy to be back on the West coast with a team of doctors that is very caring, stays on top of my needs and my health. They truly listen and ask questions when I am speaking and describing symptoms.

We arrived 15 minutes before my son's appointment. We were not told that the doctor was running late. At the point of 20 minutes after our appointment being past due, when I asked how much longer the wait would be they Informed us that they couldn't find the nurse of the doctor. 25 minutes after our appt scheduled time the nurse finally called us in and completely ignored the fact that we had been waiting for so long. A simple apology would have been enough. The lack of courtesy was disappointing.

I wish I could give below one star, the service at this location is very very poor, the make me wait extra 40 minutes, and it’s happening all the time;I toke leave from my work and rushed to my appointment, at the check in the lady said” the doctor is running behind her schedule 40 minutes, so you have to wait” oh hello, I have a job to go back , why I was not informed earlier Paying thousands of dollars for health care system and this is what we get;( VERY DISAPPOINTED

The doctors are actually really good here. Where they falter is their answering service. No longer are you talking to the office staff when you call. They have a centralized call center so simple requests like requesting a doctor appointment, a prescription inquiry, test or flu shot scheduling, or followup with lab results require you to give a lot of information to some random person for that person to then call the office and ask the same thing. It doesn't make a lot of sense, feels impersonal, and results in slower turnaround time from my experience, even if your request is basic. I would make the suggestion or give the feedback directly to Sutter but I already don't feel like I have a voice in the matter.

The reception staff is terrible, if you can get them to answer the phone don't expect any kind of assistance from them. The wait times are a joke, expect to be seen no sooner than an hour after your scheduled appointment time. Dr. Davidson is a sorry excuse for a human. I have honestly never been treated so poorly by a healthcare professional. If you can avoid this place please do. Facilities like this should not be allowed to operate. I have zero doubt that they cause more harm than they do help.
