Went during my 30-minute lunch break and I was certain I was going to have to use leave time. There was no way I was I going to be seen and be able to get back to work in 30 minutes, every time I’ve gone to urgent care in the past has involved a long wait to get into a room and another long wait to actually see a doctor. But I was called back to a room within 5 minutes of checking in, and saw the doctor within another 5 minutes! It’s great that you can check the website and see how many people are currently in the queue, so you can get a sense of how long you’re going to have to wait.

All staff were amazing, from the person who checked me in to the NP I saw for my health concern.

Checking in was smooth and we were called back quickly. The nurse or MA was friendly. The doctor, however, seemed careless. Brought my 2 year old in for over a week of diarrhea. Doctor didn’t even do an exam on her. Didn't lay a finger on her. He told me to come back in a day or two if it didn’t clear up and he’d want a fecal sample. I reminded him I brought her last two diapers. He wasn’t intersted in a collection. Very disappointed and seemed like a waste of time and resources.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Maria put me in a room right away so I could nurse my baby. The nurse Ashley was super friendly and my baby liked her a lot. Dr Jake was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Great experience.

I’ve been to this Urgent Care a few times and dropped in again a few days ago. I liked that I was able to view the waitlist online and let them know I was coming. All of the staff were so nice, and the nurse was a true gem. The PA on duty was quick, efficient, and kind. I love that I’m able to come to this location.

I visited Sutter Urgent Care for treatment on my leg following a recent fall. The staff was very responsive and professional. The wait was about an hour - about what I expected for an urgent care visit. The physician that treated me was thorough and explained all aspects of my injury as well as options for treatment. My total time with the doctor was about 20 minutes. I'm very pleased with the service I received. My injury seems to be responding to the medication prescribed. A very positive experience at Sutter Urgent Care.

We were on our way home from Tahoe with one ski injury and one bad cold that had just settled in. We were so surprised to both get into the urgent care on a Sunday night, and had literally no wait, other than the time waiting for my flu test to come back. Great service, super responsive and so quick.

Upon arrival was informed the wait time was 1-1.5 hours. Turned out to be over 2.5 hour wait because only one provider was working. Unacceptable wait time for an establishment that just extended its hours of operation with inadequate provider support. Waited an additional 15 mins in the exam room after my visit before asking a staff member if my medical letter was complete. Provider stated letter was complete but she "forgot to print it." As a medical professional and a patient, the entire experience was terrible and needs major improvement.

Attending physician was amazing! Personable, efficient with his time, knowledgeable, and kind. I felt like he made sure that the issue I had was addressed. One of the best experiences I have had at an Urgent Care in years. I waited about 20 minutes in the room before the doctor came in and a very short time in the waiting room.
