The entrance on Google is out of date as of 12/16/24. The entrance shown in photos is not in use, and you need to go around the corner to the entrance opposite the hospital entrance. It's a flat walk with no slopes or steps if you/your person has mobility impairments.

Organized and streamlined. I was very impressed with the staff and how quickly they were able to get me from check in to seen by the doctor. So convenient that when Doctor ordered xrays that it was a 1 minute walk down the hall. By the time I was back in the room my breathing treatment she ordered was waiting for me when finished with the breathing treatment the results were back from xray and in my case all was good I was given prescriptions that by the time I was walking out the hospital doors walgreens had text they were ready for pick up.
This process was helpful at a time when I was feeling my worse, energy wise, pain wise, and so fatigued from being sick.

I had a very positive experience at Sutter Urgent Care right next door to Eden Hospital.

It was a Sunday morning. The greeting staff was very friendly and kind. I was seen within 10 minutes. The assistant that brought into the room was professional, spoke clearly, and very thorough

Dr. Rodrigues was very good. She listened, examined my condition, explained everything , and prescribed medication to my CVS Pharmacy

2nd trip to urgent Care! Highly disappointed. Dr. Okoronkwo seen me for 3mins and prescribed the wrong medication for my condition made it worse had to come to urgent care the following day and wait another 2.5 hrs!

went to Eden Hospital Emergency department yesterday for a broken foot but the lack of personnel to check in the long line, and the fact that I was told the wait for my injury would probably be at least 3-4 hours....I decided to go next door to Urgent Care. There I encountered the nicest people from check-in to discharge and was seen by a lovely doctor, had a foot x-ray, got the results (2 fractures), and was done within 1 hour! Wonderful, clean and efficient and SO much better than sitting in a hospital waiting room for hours.

I took my mom there for an infection on her finger on a Saturday, was expecting it to be super crowded but no! there were people waiting in the lobby of urgent care as well but we didn’t need to wait over 15 minutes to get care. Amazing! The nurse who checked out my mom was nice, sweet and very professional.

Horrible experience at Sutter Urgent Care! They asked me to perform the swab on my 4 year old son instead they performing the swab for Covid test. I told them I probably won’t be the best person to do it as I trust the medical team more. They then turned around and asked my 4 year old son to swab himself. I have never seen an unprofessional hospital like this. Also the doctor provides misleading info to avoid giving out meds/ prescriptions. Will never come back!
