Quick and easy checkin. Very short wait time. Nurse and Doctor were both very attentive and helpful. Prescription for recommended medication was immediately sent to my local pharmacy and ready for pickup when I arrived. Highly recommend Sutter urgent Care in Orinda.

I was seen at the Sutter Urgent Care-Orinda. I had developed a horrible chest cold which causes non-stop coughing. I walked into this clinic and was met by a very pleasant receptionist who registered me very efficiently. My wait time was minimal. I saw an MA who took my vitals and a history. Then I was seen by the doctor shortly thereafter. She examined me, tested me, and prescribed a multifaceted treatment. I was impressed by the friendly, professional staff, and by what good care I received. I recommend this UC to anyone who needs to be seen

Had a positive weekend experience here, my first visit. Came first thing when they opened at 8am, marked "on my way" using their website and was the first appointment. The staff were courteous and professional and the provider (Dr Jackson) was so lovely - thorough and kind. I'd recommend this spot if you need urgent care.

I have never had good experiences at Urgent Care. Mostly around the condition of the waiting room. Everyone here was super kind and empathic. I had to go, my doctors office was booked out for days. My doctor recommended I go to Urgent care. Orinda is slightly closer to my house then Berkeley. So glad I did. Everyone made sure I was comfortable and knew I was miserable with some kind bad virus. They checked everything, luckily it wasn't pneumonia. I was able to breathe again and because of my timing was able to get Tamiflu. So grateful for them seeing me quickly and taking good care.

The staff was super dismissive when I knew there was something wrong. I ended up deteriorating for two more days and went to another location where I was actually listened to. It turns out I have pneumonia. If I was heard two days prior, I could have began treatment right away and not continued to get worse. It's clear from my chart, I don't come to the urgent care unnecessarily. Maybe take folks seriously instead of assuming I'm being dramatic about a cold.

Luckily I came in at a not busy time at all and didn't have to wait more than five to ten minutes to be seen here. The nurse and doctor took the time to ask a lot of questions and address my concerns about my illness. I was very happy with the care I got here.

I was seen immediately for my injury and X-rays taken. A radiologist reviewed them in minutes. Dr. Helen Jackson was so very kind, caring, and attentive. I could not of asked for better care.
