This very busy urgent care center does a great job taking care of so many people. A frequent patient, I feel I have received excellent care from Physcians with actionable, helpful advice. The front desk and assistant teams are efficient, and manage high volumes really well. Wait times can be long, likely due to staffing challenges. The center manages this by doing vitals and offering return appointments.

On Super Bowl Sunday, I was ill and had to see a doctor. I arrived after halftime and the service was impeccable from the security guard in the front to the screening nurse to the room attending nurse and to the female doctor. My visit lasted barely 20 minutes in total. Very efficient, courteous, attentive to details, consoling and professional. Kudos to the crew I was dealt with. I wish that I jotted down the names of my encounter so I can acknowledge them but I really was feeling sick.

I needed urgent care for a follow up on a gnarly cat bite I had. The day before I went to another medical provider and my experience was… well it felt cold and dismissive. Coming to Sutter was a much different experience. Nearly every staff member I met was kind and helpful even though it was PACKED and busy, and some patients were bring rather difficult. Kudos to the staff that day ✨. The doctors were also extremely kind, understanding and warm. I felt very seen safe and valued as a human with them. Which seems like a very rare experience these days. I’m very impressed with the level of care and help I received here and would 10/10 recommend this establishment for urgent care.

Reception staff were all of courteous and welcoming, and the office delivered pinpoint punctuality during a busy time.

I arrived pretty late in the morning because of experiencing vertigo but was still seen promptly for vitals. The assistant was friendly, courteous and efficient. After a fairly short wait I was seen by a doctor who explained what was going on with possible treatments to ameliorate my symptoms. She was also very reassuring and thorough. Even though the condition was not one that would immediately stop, I was reassured by her help and explanation.

This is Gregory Reeve-Wilson. Robin is my son. I saw Dr. Kim on February 6. I was afraid of the operation I anticipated needing on my foot. Dr Kim put me at my ease. He was very kind, He did the operation quickly, painlessly and efficiently. Highest marks

Walked in: waited an hour to get vitals taken, then given a later appointment. Left and came back, had to wait another hour. But the service was good, people friendly, diagnosis made, prescription issued, problem fixed.

Edit: doctor prescribed the wrong antibiotic. Two days later I received a second prescription and a message that the bacterium I had was known to be resistant to the original antibiotic. BTW when I fed my symptoms to an AI (Grok 3) it proposed treating with the CORRECT antibiotic. Reducing rating from 4 starts to 2.

I was fortunate to arrive at urgent care when there was only one patient before me. I was checked in with a friendly receptionist. My vitals were taken quickly while a very professional but personable nurse was assessing the reason for my visit. Shortly the doctor arrived and she was very professional, clearly described instructions , what medication was being prescribed and directions to take it. It was a very positive experience.
