My experience was very positive. after walking into the health center I was greeted pleasantly, then once I was called I was taken back to the exam room the professionalism continued. The nurse reviewed with me what procedures she was going to performed, then asked if I had any concerns or question.

We were on our way 30 minutes before our appointment time to this clinic and they called and cancelled last minute. I know things happened it it was such a waste of our time. For Sutter, If you cancel on their appointment in less than 24 hours they will give you a warning, but if the providers will cancellation they will just tell you “sorry” without considering the precious time of the patients.

Sutterhealth’s reported long wait times for specialist appointments, with waits extending up to 90 days, leading to delays in receiving necessary care.
It’s disappointing.

It was quick and easy to make an appointment on line. Once I showed up I was checked in promptly and seen by the provider. Sutter walk in in citrus height is the best . I went there yesterday and I dint have an appointment . I had a lot of pain , my sore throat was killing me.I met Lisa laptop at the reception and asked her if they have opening for walk in and she definitely said yes. She was really nice to me omg l almost cried . She signed me in immediately and within a minute she took me inside took my vitals and did a strep throat. She was even shocked to see how my throat looked I couldn’t even swallow anything. Within a short time the result showed positive for throat infection. She told me to wait for Kristen Waggoner the PA to come and see me since I tested positive. Within a minute Kristen came another sweet one she checked my throat my ears and everything and ordered some meds for me lbuprofen and antibiotics. I picked them immediately at the cvs . I appreciated all the did and was very fast and I had no appointment plus the pain I was going through was too much .than you Lisa and Kristen you guys are owe some🙏
