The NP was incredible. She was super thorough, listened to me and my concerns, and really spent the time to explain and answer my questions. She was kind and personable. She ensured I received the medication I needed and I was feeling better within a day. The facility was clean and the staff were great. So pleased with my experience and 100% recommend.

Went in because I thought I may have Shingles. I saw NP Pam.
I did have shingles which she prescribed medication and set me up with an eye doctor for that same day. My shingles was on my face and right over my right eye. She made a quick diagnosis and treated me wonderful. Later she called to make sure I got all the meds and make sure the eye doctor treated me well. Maybe the best, most professional care I have ever received. Very grateful I went in.

I went to the EDH walk-in for more treatment of my ongoing flu. Previous treatment at the Folsom walk-in was a waste of time and in fact was harmful because of an Rx of prednisone, which among other disgusting things kept me awake for 48 hours. My experience at EDH was completely different. The nurse who saw me first was very detailed in her info gathering, and Shannah Marchesi, PA who saw me was excellent, and prescribed TWO antibiotics and a second chest X-ray to rule out pneumonia. Many thanks to the team at EDH!

My wife made an appointment, and I was a walk in for our third round of covid boosters. The Staff readily took our information, readied the one refrigerated dose, and after finalizing the paperwork, we were both given our vaccines. The entire process was well organized, the facility was immaculately clean, and the Staff super friendly.

I had a sore throat and made an appointment with Sutter Walk-In Care at 11:00 am and was seen exactly on time. My experience with Kristi was fantastic. She fixed me right up. I highly recommend Sutter Walk-In.

I knew my hand was getting worse and hurting more, so I walked into El Dorado Hills Sutter Care and they were excellent! With a little wait, which made sense, everyone was nice and asking questions and took good care of me. I walked out knowing if I did what the doctor explained to me to do I was in great shape. I am well on the mend and thank all at EDH's walk-in-care!

Even though the issue I had was minor, the PA was compassionate, not at all dismissive. She took the time to educate me so that I would know what to do if it happened again. The walk-in care center is clean and pleasant, and, if you have an appointment, wait times are very reasonable.

I have been been having trouble
with a runny nose for months. It got so bad that the skin underneath my nose was getting raw from wiping my nose every few minutes. I stopped by Sutter Urgent Care in El Dorado Hills. I was greeted by a friendly gal who gave me a form to fill out. One pcouple came in right after me. I waited about 10 minutes and I was called in. A very friendly person took my vital signs. A physician's assistant came in shortly afterwards and checked me out and explained what was going on with my sinuses. She took the time to check out the prescriptions and their prices as I could get them over the counter or by prescription. She said she would give me the prescription and to check with the pharmacy which would be the best way to purchase my meds.She was so friendly and helpful. I am very grateful for the fast, excellent treatment I received.
