Very professional & courteous staff. Clean & professional exam room & surroundings. I didn't feel rushed or like just a "number" being processed like on a production line. J. Layug (Nurse practitioner) was very helpful & informative. Overall, a great experience.

As a first time visit and as a walk in, I was very pleased with my experience at this urgent care. The lobby area was clean and the aesthetic was nice (as well as modern). The front desk person was professional, attentive, and friendly. The location is convenient with easy access to the freeways as well as other stores.

I arrived shortly after they opened on a weekday and was fortunate to be seen within a few minutes. The medical assistant and the physician assistant were both wonderful. It was a relief to be treated with such care and consideration. I also appreciated how they took the time to listen to me as well as explain what they could and could not do. They did not rush which made me feel more comfortable being in their care.

When I arrived, I could not hear out of one ear and the other ear was slightly clogged. They clearly communicated what they were going to do beforehand and also what I could expect. They were gentle in evaluating my ears and irrigating them. They knew I had just been to the doctor the previous day and had a painful experience resulting in inflammation in one ear. I appreciated their empathy. I would highly recommend this urgent care!

Update: I returned a week later after my clog loosened up and they again successfully irrigated my ear so all my hearing is back. Once again, PA Heiby and the same medical assistant went above and beyond to be thorough and provide great care. I am compelled to go out of my way to write this review and acknowledge a highly positive experience/practioners because this is not the usual standard of treatment that I experience.

worst Sutter experience I've ever received. made my appointment online and was called 3 times wihin 30 minutes of different people trying to cancel my appointment, I get there and they automatically send me downtown for imaging, I get downtown, there no imaging ordered they called the Dr at the walk in facility and the Dr claims she told me to go to the ER when she gave me a paper with an address for imaging and told me to go get a MRI.needless to say terrible run around experience.

We went here to get a physical for my son, very last minute. The workers and professionals there didn't seem at all burdened by our late presence. They were very nice and empathetic about our situation. Even though we went a little past there open hours until 7, they still had a smile on their faces. Thanks to the Swati and Karla, who filled out our forms just in the nick of time. It was a great experience in general.

My appointment felt very rushed, I did not feel heard by the NP I was seen by. She was acting like she didn’t even want to see me. Probably wouldn’t go back to this location.

At 5:30am the morning of Wednesday, 8/28, after 3 day of illness with no change, I set the only appt available for that day for 6pm. After reading a review and feeling so ill, I decided to arrive at 11am when they opened to see if I could wait for a cancellation or no show and be seen before my appt at 6pm. This caring team of medical professional EXCEEDED my expectations and I was diagnosed and prescribed medication. I cannot express how fortunate & thankful I felt. This place is clean and well-run with caring health professional. I am happy to be a Sutter member!
