Clean, quiet and easy to get to. The staff are helpful and caring. I really liked the Nurse Practitioner who saw me (go Nurses!). I was not on top of things because I was pretty sick and scheduled my appointment a day later than I thought. They found me an appointment somewhat later that day, sent the prescriptions to Target /CVS & I was back home in less than 2 hrs. The only thing I could criticize is why is it called a walk-in clinic if you need an appointment to be seen?

This was my first time going to this location. It is half a mile from my home, which is a great convenience for my family. They don't provide all services, but if you call and ask them they will let you know what they can do or not do for you. I took my daughter in because she was feeling sick and the nurse practitioner saw her, examined her, and gave us some advice. She also did a COVID test in the office on her. I'm glad she did that because my daughter was very nervous about getting the swab up her sinuses. The facility is clean, modern, and the staff are very nice.

The clinic is incredibly clean and welcoming. Easy, efficient check in and excellent care provided by the nurse practitioner. I highly recommend.

Have to leave another review since they said they would fix my billing issue and didn't.

$75 copay for Urgent Care on my health insurance. But they didn't bill it as an urgent care visit.

They billed me $330 straight toward my deductible instead. How is a place called "Walk-in Care" not an Urgent care visit?

I can not say enough good things about this location. I have been here 4 times in the last 6 months because of lovely strep and each time as a walk-in they have been able to get me in! They are extremely kind and efficient in how they work and I greatly appreciate they do everything they can to make me feel better ASAP. The physicians on-call can be different each visit but every time I have gone they have been willing to listen and engage in my own treatment plan as well. If you ever need urgent walk-in care this is the place to go!

On 10/15/2024, I again visited the Sutter Walk-In care and received quality care. I had sinus and cough issues. Both the administrative and medical staff provided excellent customer service.

I went in to the Sutter Walk-In Clinic on 2/18/2024, and again received the excellent medical care and customer service.that I previously received.

Excellent customer service by medical and administrative staff at Sutter Walk-In on Sunday 11/19/2023 at about 4:30 pm. Staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

On the same day at about 3:30 pm, I went to Sutter Urgent Care on Alhambra Blvd. Administrative staff asked if I had called and told me that they don't take walk-ins and had no appointments available from 4:00 pm through the remainder of the evening. There was one person sitting in the waiting area.

When I called the Alhambra Blvd Urgent Care office on another occasion, I was told they could not help me and to go to the Natomas Med7 instead.

Sutter is a quality medical corporation, and should not have to put up with rude and/or biased Urgent Care staff.
