Oh and thank you so much for NOT notifying when you were closing and deciding to send a bill which should’ve already been resolved so now I have no means of contacting anyone to dispute the charges. I just LOVE that kind of anxiety

One star is too many for this office. My wife went there and Dr Austin is out due to illness. They have no back up doctor. They left my wife high and dry not to not be able to get her needed medication. Irene is extremely rude. She screams at people on the phone. Irene changes her stories. They should be reported to the medical board.

I have tried calling this practice at LEAST a dozen times to get a bill paid but they have yet to call me back. I don't understand why its so hard to call someone back who's trying to GIVE you money. I have left 3/4 voicemails with name, number etc and somehow they can't find the time to call. The office is run down and gross anyways. I wouldn't advice going here. I called in for a refill, as they told me they needed me to do after my initial visit with the doctor where we went into detail about my meds and needs etc. Im then told I need to speak to the doctor, we had less than a 5 min conversation and she bills my insurance 350.00 and its an out of pocket expense for me $40.00 (which I don't mind paying.. IM TRYING TO PAY IT!!!!!) So far a horrible experience with this office. I would rather go to planned parenthood.

Dr. Austin and her staff are first class! I have been a patient for over 8 years and have no plans on looking elsewhere. I appreciate all the time they take when I go in and listen to me rather than just rush you in and out. 5 stars all the way!! I haven't given many reviews, I typically do them on yelp...but seeing they don't have a lot of patients giving them the kudos they deserve....I brought my applause over here!!!

Horrible experience. I had a Covid-19 test done at Suzanne Austin, MD’s practice the first week of April. When the test results never came back I tried calling several times but the main doctor retired the same week and there was no way to get a hold of anyone. They never answered nor returned my calls. As an essential worker my return to work was and still is pending this test result. I called the biller’s phone number and she was kind enough to pull some strings to get me a call back from the receptionist who was still doing book keeping a few hours a week. When the receptionist calls me back this morning, she informs that the lab never picked up my sample, that if I wanted I was welcome to visit any emergency room to be retested there (mind you this is an extremely painful test) She was rude, unapologetic and when I pointed out my frustration she didn’t skip a beat blaming the doctor- emphasizing it was the doctors fault (blamed her by name) and hurriedly tried to get my off the phone, claiming she had many callers waiting on the other lines. When I asked if I would be billed/charged for the original services her response was- not her problem. I am not one to post reviews- but this goes beyond horrible customer service- Some compassion and sympathy go along way not to mention more specific referrals could have been made to other clinics rather than just send me to any emergency room in the middle of a pandemic when ER’s are overran as it is. Glad this practice is closing so others don’t have to go through this.
Update as of 11/13/2020
It has been 7 months- the refund they eventually promised has not come. When I call their office if I am lucky enough to get someone on the phone they promise a call back and never do. At this point I am out the 200 dollars they charged me for the COVID test they never even sent to a lab.

Irresponsible, not knowledgeable about modern health care, untrustworthy, and very clearly driven exclusively by profit.

I would not trust this doctor with determining my heart rate, much less any real health care. I highly encourage you to seek healthcare elsewhere while this doctor either learns how to operate in a modern society or quietly retires and gives space for better care providers.

Dr. Austin is wonderful. She is attentive and answered all of my questions while making me feel comfortable. I hate how some doctors make you feel dumb. This was not the case.
She is down to earth yet super professional. I would recommend her 100%

My husband has been seeing Dr Austin for approx 15 years. She is very thorough and takes her time to explain. I would recommend Dr Austin. Her office assistants are very nice as well.
