I had such a great experience with this optometrist and Lens Crafters.
I always blow in a mile a minute and they were patient, accommodating and kind.

The doctor was cool as sh*t. She made me feel super comfortable and really put me at ease when it came to my eye function concerns.

I appreciate the compassion and customer service.

The staff was really helpful and provided good customer service. I was unable to get a prescription where I could see a close and far out for me. I think that’s a problem. I shouldn’t have to pay extra so I could see both far and near. So I didn’t buy a pair of glasses. It’s way too expensive for out-of-pocket day.

I was instantly comfortable with Dr. Switzer. She has a very natural kind of bed side manner.

I look forward to seeing her again next year. I cannot imagine going anywhere else.

Dr. Liana was very kind. She was very attentive and cared about my eye concerns and offered suggestions on how I may improve my eye sight. She was honest and careful not to give a false belief as to the outcome of her suggested remedies. This was my first visit and I will visit again. Thank you Dr. Liana.

You need to have more options for people on fixed income. Frankly I was very surprised that my insurance didn’t cover more and I was very frustrated that I spent my time and money only to walk away with nothing. What a complete waste of your time and mine. There are a lot of people out there in the same financial situation as me. It is not reasonable that $350 does not get a person into a pair of glasses. I left your office feeling humiliated, frustrated, hopeless.

My son got his eyes tested. They omitted the interpupillary distance from the prescription which means he can't buy glasses online and when he called, they said he would have to return to have it measured. This is intentionally making it hard to buy glasses online so that people buy the more expensive ones in the store. Not going back and I will be writing about this Lenscrafter practice to VSP (insurer).
