I took my daughter to Symbiosis Urgent Care and was very pleased with the care received. Both the front desk staff and the provider were caring and courteous. We arrived at a time that we didn't have to wait at all, which was quite a blessing.

My daughter is typically shy and doesn't talk much to people she doesn't know well, but felt comfortable enough here to interact with everyone. That really says a lot about the staff!

I highly recommend Symbiosis Urgent Care.

I came in because I do not like the other urgent care facilities in Redlands and I did a Google search for other options. I’ve been here 3 years and don’t have a PCP (yeah I know…) but I don’t get sick often so usually just choose urgent care. This place had good reviews and no wait. It’s a new facility and very clean and well kept. The staff is kind and attentive and the process was fast and easy to book online and check in. I felt like I was explaining how I was feeling and what brought me in poorly, but they were kind and listened and diagnosed me very quickly. They explained everything and listened to me, without being short or condescending. I would also like to mention, I was VERY happy to see the staff is permitted to have visible tattoos. I am heavily tattooed and am always more comfortable with tattooed medical professionals (or any professionals) because I know I’m not going to be judged on my appearance. And I’m also VERY happy to support any business permitting their staff freedom of appearance. This is just as important to me as the care I will receive because it shows they recognize professionalism and character and don’t confuse the two with appearance, or consider certain appearance choices “unprofessional.” I will absolutely return here for any medical care I need in the future. Also, to reiterate, I can’t say enough about the cleanliness of this place. 5 stars, absolutely.

Amazing service Dalia I believe at the front desk was helpful and insured Everything was smooth sailing. The doctor was very knowledgeable, friendly and I was in and out of there within an hour! Will recommend this to my colleagues .

I had to get a TB test for work and i chose to go to Symbiosis. The office was very nice, clean, and large. The staff was incredibly efficient and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend Symbiosis for any urgent care need! Dalia was polite, efficient, and caring.

Amazing. So incredibly polite, efficient and kind. My husband broke his elbow, we found symbiosis urgent care and they took us right away. The front desk was incredibly kind and got us in and out under an hour with a temporary cast. Thankyou Symbiosis Urgent Care!
