Loved my experience with Symbius that took care of everything, reminded me of when i needed new supplies. gave me updates on my breathing. They were awesome to work with. Now I work with a company that never give reminders. Gives poor service does not get orders right, etc. I wish I still had them.

I've had nothing but good luck with Symbius Medical; they supply my catheters, regularly call to see if I have an adequate supply on hand, always ship promptly; I've never run out of supplies. Everybody at Symbibus I've ever dealt with, over the phone, or via the Internet has been courteous, helpful, willing to adjust their scheduling as my needs change...Great company.

Beware! They charge your insurance company an inflated price and your co-pay will be more than if you buy the same equipment for cash somewhere else. Symbius provided us with a CPAP machine and charged our insurance company over $4000 when we could have purchased the identical machine for under $400.

We will never do business with Symbius again.

Dali and Nicole are by far the best employees this company has they went above and beyond for my mother when she needed tubing they delivered within the hour. I would give them 100 stars if I could!

Huge waste of my time.
They tell you what they sell on the website, but what they fail to tell you is you need a prescription for everything.
Even though they had them, they would not even sell me parts for a broken wheelchair, because I did not buy the wheelchair from them.
I will never go back there, and would not recommend them to anyone.
