They don’t even deserve one star. Very unfortunate how unprofessional the staff is. The worst practice I have ever been to in my life. The front desk has argued with me to speak with the medical assistant. Absolutely no help and I have a PPO . This office was based off medical which makes sense why the office doesn’t care about their patients. They forget we are the reason they have a job. The worst experience ever. And the sad thing is the doctors allow this behavior.

Terrible first experience. I saw Dr. Cole 4/5 months ago and it pissed me off that I had to wait months to see him and he didn't give a nickel of his time to listen to me. My appt with HIM from the time he walked in and out took about 3 minutes because he said the ladies meaning the front staff had to go to lunch and they would kill him. All he did was refill my medication for a month and since then I've been without medication.
Also if you call no one answers and if you leave a message expect to never receive a callback, you get no appt reminders and you never Get calls from them to schedule appointments. Worse of all you can never get appropriate health care because they change Dr's little toilet paper .

I've been going here for years, and it used to be great. It is no longer. They change doctors like underwear. This new one let me run out of narcotics (pharmacy didn't get it last week) over the weekend. I called several times and he would not respond to the office's message on Friday and left me to suffer for 2 more days without medication. That is so irresponsible and shows no concern for the patient at all. Good luck!

2 months later I'm without medication again. I had a phone appointment scheduled last month, and looking at my phone logs, I now see nobody called me.
Unfortunately, I didn't realize until now. I am out of my months supply of narcotics that I take on a daily basis, and they will not refill until next phone appointment. They can't give me one (it is a one minute phone call) for 7 days and are totally insensensitive to what it means to go a week with chronic pain levels of 7 or 8, not to mention any physical withdrawals I experience. If you are a new patient please request another facility. This is the most incompetent and inhumane clinic I have ever had to go to.

Would give this place 0 stars if possible they charge your ins company for test that you did not take than your ins denies it and you get billed and left cleaning the mess. This supposed nurse practitioner Marcos Jerome C is the ring leader he is unprofessional rude and does not actually help anyone. I already reported them to my insurance and to my medical group. They treat you like. A junkie and the one of the girls that answers the phone totally covers for his terrible treatment of patients she should be ashamed of herself

Here are my 2 cents on my experience. My monthly appointment at synovation Medical Group is always a great experience. The nurses at great. They are helpful and always pleasant. The offices are clean. My provider is Jerome Marcos. I can’t say enough good things about him. He’s always willing to listen and receptive to my medical needs. He answers questions and motivated me in setting and achieving realistic health goals. I’m grateful for him and the nurses.

This pain management place is Bullshit. Saying they called when they don’t. I call them to find out what the hell happened to the call and they lie and say oh no we did call. BS. Very upsetting

Had an appt on 3/10/23 with PA Marcus who issued an order for MRI which I got the next day. After the first visit they scheduled a follow for 4/20 on the follow up visit they read my mri n said I had a possible infection, this was over a month later. They went me to see a neuro surgeon which I did on 4/24 who said I didn’t have an infection n said he would issue orders for an epidural for my back pain. Synovation squeezed me in today 5/9 only to be told they they were scheduling me to her the epidural with their clinic downstairs as soon as they can get to me.

This clinic is some sort of front that gives lip service and no real service.

I wasted money and time and walked away with the same pain plus a pain in my check book.

They are con men that will shuffle you around from Dr to Dr and appt to appt. They provide no real service or value.
