RUN!!! Go anywherebut here! Travel 50 miles, 100 miles but don't come to this office. I recently had back surgery & going tomorrow for a 2nd surgery. It took 2 full months to get an appointment. It's been another 21 days & still no medication. They don't answer the phone or return calls, neither to me or the pharmacy. I've been calling at least twice a day since October 30th & STILL no medication! I would share more of this nightmare but I am exhausted from this. Hopefully it will end today. As Scarlett Ohara says "After all, tomorrow is another day"

This place puts profits over people. After waiting 3 weeks for my initial visit they refused to give any treatment because it was just a consultation. Scheduling me out to suffer for another TWO WEEKS. On top of that, instead of sending my prescription to my local CVS they use a private pharmacy that MAILS the medication. I see no reason to make patients suffer so their office can get a kick back from the pharmacy. I’m suffering and will be like this with NO medication and could not sleep all night.

If you are a veteran and want to wait more than 5 months just to get a referral or prescription, then go here to waste your time. I have repeatedly contacted them to submit the referrals and even connected them to care in the community to get the documents sent. Nothing happened. Ever. This is the worst care I have ever received from a CITC provider.

This is the worst place to go to. You can NEVER get anyone to pick up the phone. I have been there and witnessed the front desk ignoring that the phone is ringing. I agree with the other comment how they judge you. The only person I feel is professional and listen to you is Susan, but she is so hard to get into. So disappointing.
