Sylacauga Health Department is very rude to me everytime I go and I am very nice to them! There’s an older lady who works their that told me that when I paid for my sons birth certificate at 8:05 that it would be ready in 30 mins but when I walk up to the counter 50 mins later and asked I’m sorry mam but did my sons birth certificate print out she said mam we would have called you if it would have printed out! Plz have a seat, don’t ask me again! I was just checking on the status! When I walked in they were being rude I guess they exspect people to be rude to them all I did was explain to the lady that my 8 month old baby was out in the car that’s only reason o asked about it! Everytime I go to this health department I get treated rudely so I had to leave a review this time

I was wondering about my implant out because my depression has gotten worse and I can’t sleep like I used too, I’m always tired, my mood is constantly changing, sometimes I have really bad headaches, I haven’t been able to see good lately because its blurry. Does anybody know if this is normal. Should I schedule an appointment?

Thanks to this place I was able to get both rounds of my Covid-19 Vaccinations. Just made the appointment online and there was no wait time either time and it all went very fast. The nurses there doing the Vaccinations were really sweet too.

The level of unprofessional behavior and sheer lack accountability in the records department needs go be addressed. Save yourself wasted time and go to another health department. The staff here will NOT help you because they don't have to and they know that. Prime example of tax dollars being thrown away in salaries to not do the job they are paid for.
