My birthing experience was not ideal and somewhat traumatic for me but I couldn’t have been more grateful for the excellent care I received. All the nurses and clinical staff were very attentive and thorough. Everyone was very validating, reassuring, and super helpful. They were kind and empathetic, especially the nurses. I never felt more taken care of including my baby. I am forever grateful to the staff at TMH who ensured me and my baby were sent home healthy.

I recently made an emergency visit to the ER. It was past midnight and from parking to registration to the evaluation station to getting monitored and treated...it was seamless. The staff was courteous and professional. They made sure I was comfortable while being treated. They informed me of all prodedures beforehand. They updated me quickly of the test results.
Check out was smooth. I was impressed with the level of professionalism with every employee I encountered. Big Big thumbs up.

Meals were always late. 10:30am for breakfast, 2:00pm for lunch, then 7-7:30pm for dinner? Nursing was great as were the aides and house keeping. Jade was fantastic. She really cares about her patients. I'm not to good with names but I believe it was Barry in housekeeping that did a wonderful job. The girl from respiratory was efficient and explained exactly what she was doing. Thanks for taking care of me. I honestly hope that it never happens again but if so, I'll be sure to know where you can get expert quality care.

I recently had an experience at TMH, and I can't praise them enough. Dr. Dixon provided exceptional care, making me feel at ease throughout my entire process. The nurses were incredible too; they greeted me with warm smiles and a positive attitude, which really helped alleviate my nerves before surgery. They took the time to comfort me and answer any questions I had. Overall, I felt well cared for, and I truly appreciate the support from everyone at the hospital. Highly recommend!

I felt like I was a burden to some of the staff, instead of a paying patient. I could definitely tell that the staff was overworked. And my room never got maid service. The nurse's cleaned up the best they could. There were 2 nurses that were exceptional and I felt like they were very dedicated to their profession. Also the dietary nurse was one that loved her job. I'm not an easy person to have as a patient. My bad. I know. But I'm sure that they deal with MUCH WORSE THAN I. And last but not least. When you have to get to the bathroom when you first wake up, at my age a quicker response is a MUST!! Thank you for letting me get this off my chest. All in all under my circumstances I gave 4 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐

I made my 5 star review base on the service. All the nurses and aids were absolutely πŸ’― perfect in caring for my welfare. I felt so pampered. I'm grateful for the care I got from the physicians. Particularly Dr Nelson who was very helpful solving the problem with my breathing issue. Ofcouse my surgeon saved my life for which I'm so πŸ™ grateful. If you ask me about the bed, they need to be replaced, I had a hard time going to sleep. The food needs improvement but all in all I'm happy to have gotten the great treatment there. Thank you

Service was impeccable!!! All of the nurses were so polite and kind. I felt very comfortable.
I do feel that the food should be covered when served, to prevent germs and other bacteria from getting on the food.
I am a vegan chef, and I feel that the vegan option can be more interesting and flavorful. Other than that, I really appreciate the entire staff! Shout out to nurse Becky, Emma, and Mimi for taking very good care of me. Shout to my OBGYN care taker, I appreciate all of the information and care!

Up until January this year I had been previously very satisfied and happy with past hospital stays when I had to be admitted. Their emergency room I've never been happy with I understand an ER is usually not a peaceful and comfortable place and can be chaotic but this one at the main campus is just ridiculous. However in January I was brought in by ambulance (I'm epileptic and normally instruct people not to call 911 if I seize unless I get hurt by falling or the seizure causes me to stop breathing and I don't immediately start back) but I was in a pre-seizure state which happens before a severe grand mal seizure and I lost my balance and fell in public so the witnesses not knowing me panicked and called (they did the right thing) I had to be intubated as this seizure was a very severe grand mal and rare for me to have, very rare. After the tube was removed and sedation stopped I stayed and let them run tests all day long into the night and had not been given any food despite the nurse saying there was no restrictions for me anywhere saying no food. I'd been there since very early that morning. I'm on 3 medications that work together in combination for epilepsy. The doctor was only giving me 1 of them but not the other 2 because they are "controlled substances ". I said I've not had them at all today and you should know those meds should NEVER be stopped cold turkey I WILL start seizing again its just a matter of when. He said if you do at least you're here we'll give you ativan again. I said you're out of your mind and truly unbelievable for a doctor to stop prescribed epilepsy medications that I've been on over 6 years and wait for me to seize. I said I don't care what your bias views or problems are with medications that are considered "controlled " that DOESN'T MEAN you can't order it and it doesn't mean illegal it just means tighter regulations now give me my medications or get me discharge papers I'll go home and take it before I have another massive seizure which I may not survive you're absolutely unprofessional and insane. I'm very unhappy that this hospital would put a seizure patient at risk especially when they were admitted after a seizure stopped their breathing and they couldn't start back again would have died if I hadn't been incubated. Then to not give me my prescribed medication for seizures not because a legitimate medical reason but risking my safety because they dislike drugs which are on the list of scheduled legally "controlled". Your personal views don't mean jack to me and you're not going to put me in danger because of it THAT is not someone who needs to be licensed to practice PERIOD!
