My husband needed 1 turn screw adjuster for his walker. I went there to purchase one, was met with the most pleasant and helpful customer service. We are from Poplarville, Ms. I needed a knee scooter Post Op on my ankle. These folks are without a doubt the best I have had to deal with. Very knowledgeable about the product line I was seeking. They helped us find the right one for our country environment. Even though they didn't deliver, we were able to obtain one over the phone and get it brought to us by friends. After the sale about 10 days I was having issues with the scooter and I called them and they were able to help me out over the phone to correct the problem.
