Today I went in to see Bonnie kennington for an ultrasound. I have no complaints about her, she was kind and knowledgeable!! I’m only giving this review 2 stars because of the front desk receptionists. I called a few days before my appointment to see if they had any later spots open, so I scheduled one for 12 instead of 9. I got confirmation texts and everything. The next day I got 3 phone calls all very relatively close together and it was at a time I was unable to answer my phone. There weren’t any call back messages left on my phone. I called back about a little over an hour later and spoke to a scheduling person. I asked why I kept getting calls and there weren’t any notes or anything on my profile to state why they called. I again confirmed my 12:00 appointment. I show up for my appointment and the first thing they said was “we were just talking about you. We called you like 4 times yesterday and you didn’t answer” I then said “well I did call back and there was no message for me” they proceeded to make me feel like I was in the wrong because I messed up the schedule. I asked if my appointment was canceled and they told me no, but made me feel awful for not answering my phone in an hour span time while I was busy working yesterday! I was seated in the waiting room and they continued to talk about me while I could hear them. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I just felt like I was treated unfairly. I hope no one else experiences this!

Just wanted to leave a note of appreciation for Becky, who helped my wife get in for an appointment same day when there was an opening. After her treatment, I followed up with questions about how I could help facilitate recovery as her partner, and she gave wonderful advice, and helped me get treatment as well, to further help everything clear up. She is knowledgeable, kind, and went the extra mile to help me and my wife. She's doing amazing, amazing work, and should definitely be paid more. I'm very grateful for her help and reassurance, and for giving me solutions to help, which set me at ease. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

I've come here to both bldgs for two types of exams & both times they did an excellent job. They checked my prior images & radiology, checked insurance, got approval, and everything went smooth. Staff is friendly & give good customer service. I've been elsewhere, and I definitely like the care better here!

Proving one location at a time that they are in fact a business and do not care about peoples health. Refused to see my pregnant wife unless we paid a $200 copay. Which while registering online, it said our copay is $0. Even when I scheduled her appointment, they said no there will be no copay upfront. Very shady. Used car sales people of the medical field.

The turnover rate and training of receptionists/patient service representatives is highly unfortunate and very inconsistent. Receptionists are meant to check in and receive patients, not defer them to their phones. Especially when a faulty and terrible EMR and scheduling system implementation makes check-in a redundant and extensive process. My information is already in the system and no, I do not want to check in to a doctor’s appointment or pay my co pay on my phone. This is a highly impersonal and unprofessional patient experience. Some receptionists are great and still greet and check you in like a normal human being, while others are offended, judgmental, and will even refuse to help you if you don’t use your phone. I’ve been experiencing a very wide variety of interactions since the launch of their new EMR system last year. A majority of the time I don’t receive the appointment reminder text with the check in link any way, so when I go to an appointment to check-in…many receptionists will barely acknowledge the patient standing right in front of them and just send the text and still make you check-in using your phone. This is not patient service. Streamlining patient care should not include deferring to an inept EMR and scheduling system.

Ms. Teri in Mammograms is top tier, friendly, warm everything you want in a nurse. Made it fun if you can believe that. If you go ask for her!

Tanner Clinic is too large to receive personalized care. Whether your simply trying to schedule and appointment or have a conversation with “your team” be prepared for frustration. I went through 4 different people just to schedule an appointment because they don’t take phone calls they route you into one of those beautiful little computer helpers that doesn’t really have an option that matches your needs; then once you finally get someone on the line, you’re frustrated and their give a damn is 100% broke when it comes to all patients, so they rudely get six words from you at which point they as quickly as possible decide that they can’t help you and zip you off to another incorrect person. This is my experience all four times over 7 months.

Calling my PCP to get a different referral. No care is better than this care.

Can't think of a worse experience I've had with a medical clinic. Dr. Giovanniello was extremely rude and condescending to me. I made the 30 minute drive based on a recommendation from a friend about how Dr. G was "the best of the best." I did not see that at all. I'd say he is, without rival, the worst of the worst. He entered the room nearly 30 minutes late with a demeanor that reeked of "I don't want to be here and I don't want to deal with you." I started describing my symptoms and he said he "didn't have time for that" and could I just skip ahead to the few most important things? He said appointments should take 15 minutes. I asked if there was any way I could get some sort of treatment today, and he told me "absolutely not, you'd have to schedule that," which directly contradicted what I was told on the phone. He said he "highly doubted" that's what I was told. I told him finances were hard and I couldn't afford an MRI at the moment. He jargoned his way through a few minutes of medical terminology, and told me to just get an MRI. Everything about this appointment was awful and degrading. His body language, his tone, and his gestures were all so condescending and smug. I started tearing up, saying I was frustrated and just wanted some help, and he told me it seemed like I was "angry" and not to take it out on him because he doesn't "deal with angry people." Save your money and time and go somewhere else. I can assure you I would have had a better time had I stayed home and lit $100 bills on fire.
