Target has always been my favorite place to shop . The clothes are of quality because they last a long time. Wait time is good despite the many check out lanes. Everyone I asked did a great job answering my questions about products I was shopping for. I love shopping at Target.

All staff wearing masks. I asked 2 different staff members that were working in different departments questions. Bother were friendly & helpful. The person in the kitchen department was super great at assisting me. They did have a little wait when checking out but it was tolerable since the lines were moving pretty quickly.

No customer service at all. I bought a cooler online I received a notification that it was going to be ready soon, I headed to the store when i arrived I received another notification saying it out of store I checked with the customer service then I went to check and the cooler was there on the shelf the exact one I ordered and there was 20 of them on different colors. I went to the customer service to let them know so they can resolve the issue , they refuses and send me back home and advise to wait until Tuesday.
I bought that little cooler bc my daughter liked it and we just needed to use it tomorrow for a beach trip. Disappointing that the customer service was greedy for a 10$ item and didn't find any solution except me calling the gift card company...........

In the two years I’ve lived here I have never been to this target when the clothing and shoe sections weren’t a complete disaster. Clothes and hangers on the floor, shirts in piles on the shelves, shoe boxes piled up and strewn everywhere, including in the aisles, which are already narrow. This store literally looks like it’s Black Friday year-round, and I have NEVER experienced this at another target I’ve been to in different states. Not sure what employees are doing all day, but they definitely aren’t prioritizing cleanliness.

I love shopping at Target and the Starbucks Cafe. Really appreciate being able to find household items quickly. Brands I trust for my family. Best of all one stop shopping which saves on time and gas.

WORST shopping experienceS ever! The last time I was there, I actually lost money. I was promised a phone call from a manager that never came. He was supposed to investigate the balance of my gift card. I'll never see it.
Everytime a student gives me a Target gift card for the holidays I try to find something to buy at this store. I wander around looking for something that isn't overpriced or poor quality. What the site says is in this store, isn't. I've been giving this store the benefit of the doubt for 4 years. I'm done.

Check out lines always 40 people long, they close self checkouts randomly and they let employees wear political shirts while on the clock. Not sure what kind of personnel policy they adhere by but personal beliefs shouldnt be reflected in the workplace

Store is trashy. Shelves are not stocked. Products thrown in floor. Long check out lines and rude employees. This location used to be great. I wont be going back ever again
