UPDATE: I'm revising this review because Target Clinic reached out to me and fixed the billing error (and sent me proof that the error was fixed), which I do appreciate.
Original review:
Went to this clinic to get a flu and tetanus shot after I was turned away at the Redlands Kaiser due to lack of staff at that location. Made a 9am appoint online but when I showed up, no one was there. Made several phone calls and finally got through after about a half an hour. Was told they don't see patients until 11am yet their website let's you make appointments before then. They said to come right back and they would give me the shots anyway so I went back. Nurse was very nice and I got my shots. Two weeks later, I also got a bill for $105? I have Kaiser insurance so I'm confused as to why I'd get a bill. I gave them my Kaiser info when I got the shots so I guess their insurance is no good at this place? Rethink going here as its way too expensive and disorganized.

I’ve been coming here for a while now. I always get the right treatment with a knowledgeable nurse and outstanding doctor. Walk ins are not guaranteed so I make sure to get an appointment even the same day. I don’t know about other people leaving negative feedback but I like this place.

I called Kaisers appointment number and was told to go to the Kaiser Target Clinic. Got there at 11 am when they opened even watch them pull the barrier open. I sat there for 18 mins before someone came out from the back and she told me they do not accept walk-ins even though their sign said they did. Would of been nice if they would have flipped the sign saying they had no appointments. Kaiser needs to get their act together if they want people to use these clinics.

I was able to schedule next day appt. Very little wait time at appt. Friendly staff. NP did not rush me thru and listened to my concerns. This will be my new clinic in the future!

Doctor was great! Was very unhappy I could not get my prescription at the pharmacy. Only Kaiser pharmacy and by that time Kaiser was closed. Had to suffer because of it. Absurd and inconvenient to go to target then get meds at Kaiser please address this issue asap!

The Kaiser policy is that walk ins are available first come first service but the people here say they don’t accept walk-ins. If you call the KP Member appointment line they tell you Target Clinics are walkins and that they don’t make appointments over the phone. This place is a SCAM.

Not a walk-in - don’t waste your time, despite what the KP site says. Going to the doctor at a Target is kinda dystopian anyway, so maybe it’s all for the best.

Went to Redlands facility tonight on lugonia I was treated very badly the nurse that was there was very very rude kept telling me there was no walk-ins when I had called before and they said there was she's one of the rudest people I think I've met in a long time and if there is no walk-ins according to her then why doesn't say so on the site give Kaiser a bad name and I suggest you get rid of her if you want to keep your reputation because people like her are going to ruin it I will never go back there again
