Do not go to this urgent care! Never in my life have I had a doctor tell me I needed to stay sick for seven days before prescribing an antibiotic. I had the unfortunate dealings with John Rhodes in particular. I was literally told that I needed to wait seven days to see if I got better and then after the seven days if I was still not better, I would be prescribed an antibiotic. I went there to get the antibiotic so in seven days I would be feeling better. Waste of money.

I’ve relied on this urgent care for several years for kind, efficient treatment-mostly sinus infections, colds, etc. Today seemed no different until I was brought back to the exam room and had a preliminary check-then waited 45 minutes while listening to banter and chatter through the door, none of which related to the waiting patients. I’ve never experienced such a lack of focus there and decided to leave. Would not go back with the current staff in charge. Focus on the patients please!

Front desk , nurses and staff is great. Very polite and understanding. They deserve 5 star.
Unfortunately the doctor " John Rhoades " was very rude and Unprofessional. Yelled and Called me names in front of the people in waiting room and in front of his staff.
It's a shame and disappointment this place have a doctor like that . Further actions will be taken.

Just wanted to say thank you for such kind treatment of my son. He woke up complaining of ear pain- we rushed off to an urgent care closer to our house and were treated so poorly. I immediately drove him to your location and the caring staff saved the day! Our wait time was very short and everyone was super personable and had such nice energy- which greatly improved my 5 year old son’s mood. I hope other families select this location for their kind attitude and attentiveness to small children.

Came here without an appointment and had a very short wait time. All staff members were very friendly and Kim Miner the FNP was excellent, very caring and informative. They even call to follow up a day after your visit. This facility stands out from all the rest and I will be back! 10/10 recommend!

Never have I been treated so professional..went in for just a blood test. I was told by one girl she had trouble finding a vein. She asked for another girl to try and she refused. I have tiny veins that do not cooperate. The second girl would not even try. Thank you girls for not poking me more than once. I have so much respect for you. Kim Minor came in and it was one and done. Thank you Kim.

It was a blessing to meet Mike, Kelly and his professional team. Their service is extraordinary, they know how to listen and understand their patients in addition to finding an assured and definitive solution.
