I was a chiropractor in Mount Prospect for 45 years just down the street from Adam Anderson. I say that because I know the difference between a good and bad physical therapist and I would have to say Adam Anderson is the best I’ve ever found. My wife had had some serious injuries and surgeries so we had tried several physical therapist between Florida and Illinois and Adam is a stand out. I like the idea that he always had something new and creative and not just same old thing each and every visit. I’m serious when I say don’t waste your time with anybody else just go directly to Adam because he’s earned my confidence over and over again.

Maria is fantastic 🙂 I have been working with Maria at Team Rehab for about 9 months for pain associated with figure skating. Maria has been tremendously helpful in teaching me exercises and stretching techniques to help keep me going on the ice. For the past couple of months, I have been taking videos of particularly painful skating maneuvers, and Maria always has an exercise for me to do to alleviate the pain. I am so grateful for Maria's help and the fact that I can continue competing and performing on the ice 🙂

I came in for hand pain that I had for years. Lauren was great and very thorough with the evaluation and in only a few sessions I was starting to feel better! My rheumatologist couldn't even figure it out. Highly Highly recommend.

Amazing place!
I had a car accident and since then I had pain in my left shoulder and it got worse when I tried to train, I started my therapy a month ago and it ended exactly today, my shoulder feels like new, I am very grateful to the entire team, they are very good people and they are always willing to help you.

Love the place.
Adam is excellent. Every therapist I had helped me improve since I started going there.
I was ill and missed my PT for over a month. I could not wait to come back for my PT towards the end of September. My new Therapist Jade is excellent.
