The front staff is so-so, they got my address wrong and I had to make sure they corrected it. It just seems like drama up there... Anyways, male PA did a good job. Overall it was good care minus the front desk experience.

The staff is friendly, and it's a very cozy environment. However I always have troubles getting a call through to reschedule my appointment or even set one up. I have to physically go in to do so. Which for someone who has to spend gas to go in to do that from the next town over. It's not all that great.

They overbook their patients and then force them to wait more weeks. I'm extremely angry my child had 3 people put in front of him after he waited 2 weeks to be seen and they simply don't care. If I was 2 hours late, they would REFUSE to see me but I have to wait 2 hours in the parking lot? NO! Stop overbooking your patients! My child deserves to have his appointment and have it on time!
