USELESS? It’s kind of useless coming here as they don’t prescribe medications according to a patient’s needs. For instance, my family member had to get x-rays after suffering an excruciating pain due to a major hit and they didn’t even give them ibuprofen!
One of the staff said it’s due to substance abuse issues in the area, not true! The staff were giggling and having a jolly time instead of doing their jobs!

The only reason we came here was because it’s a 24hr clinic and they have the x-ray machine on-site. We also saw that they had an online check-in system where you can sign-in before you arrive! Everything looked promising, yet we still waited over two and half hours!

I had an absolutely horrible experience at Temecula Urgent Care. I walked in around 8 PM and, surprisingly, I was the only one in the lobby. However, I was left waiting for hours as the staff seemed to completely disregard my presence. The nurse seemed completely incompetent, and when it came time for an ear lavage, she couldn’t even do it properly. The doctor was visibly upset with her for not following the directions she had written down, which only added to the frustration.

After two hours of waiting, I had only been administered a COVID and flu test. That’s it. No real treatment, no urgency, just a waste of time. At that point, I decided to leave, mid-appointment, because I couldn’t deal with the incompetence any longer. Now, I’m left wondering if the nurse even performed the tests correctly, or if they were botched as well. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The doctors are great and listen well, but visiting this clinic will literally take your entire day away from you, no exaggeration. I’ve visited twice so far and for both appointments, it took me 2+ hours to be seen by a doctor, prescribed any treatment, and then my prescription was sent to a pharmacy 30 minutes away from me when I specifically asked for the one that I live less than 5 minutes from. You’re probably better off just going to the ER.

All staff doctor, front desk, MA, & X-ray tech had wonderful dispositions. Pleasant place to be. I took my daughter for an injured arm on 02/08/2025 and everyone bent over backwards to make her comfortable. Wish I could remember names. But I will return to this location if necessary.

I had been battling hives for a day with OTC medicine. By 4:00am the hives were bad. Easily made an appointment. Got there and was taken in within 15 minutes and was seen right away by nurse and doctor, who quickly ordered a steroid shot. Nurse was great at administering the shot . Then doctor came back in to add more notes and was very emphatic and advice.

24 hr urgent care is great. I’ve taken both my children to them several times and this visit was for myself. They make sure we have what we need until we can see a PCP. Great resource to have and I love being able to avoid the ER!
This particular time I saw a nurse practitioner who was fabulous. She was timely, knowledgeable, and empathetic! Thank you again !

Was OK. Very long wait 2 h+
Receptionist lady was VERY VERY friendly and helpful.
Nurse that took me in was awful and rude and more than unfriendly, which made me feel so uncomfortable because I was really suffering from severe breathing problems. She questioned things that I said nonstop.

The doctor was nice and heard me out and answered all my questions.
She ordered all necessary tests and treatments right away.

Ladies at the X-Ray room were more than amazing and kind and comforting. Nurses that treated me afterwards and ran the EKG were also super nice and helpful.

Overall it was half and half, but not terrible. It really makes a difference to be kind when a patient feels like they're dying. Wish there were more doctors on call so wait wasn't that long.
I checked in at 9.30 pm and left at 0.30 am.
Best times for a visit are probably mornings because when I walked out there were only two people in the waiting room, vs. 30 people when I got there.

Fast and informative! Always pleasant!

I made an appointment online which sped things up. I did paperwork ahead of time, and used my card on file. This was a very smooth visit! Use the tech, it’s great!
