Great service. Great staff especially RN Almarie who expeditiously responded to my urgent notification. Almarie noticed my wife’s feeding machine malfunctioning and after replacing it she set up the correct flow rates and times for feeding and flushing. Almarie also provided a newer and quieter oxygen machine and set it up to the correct parameters for my wife. All of these RN Almarie did them within 20 minutes.

In my capacity as a former medical provider in the US Navy, and now very closely involved with my wife’s treatment and care at THC Ctr, I am very impressed by RN Almarie’s compassion and professionalism. We need more caregivers like Almarie. I would like THC give the appropriate recognition to RN Almarie. Thank you.

Where to begin....my ex had a major stroke, first at TV Hospital, then eventually here. I have a Power of Attorney for my ex enabling me to act on his behalf for both medical and financial issues. The staff here continually refused to discuss his condition with me, even to the point that he had seizures and was readmitted to the hospital for tests and they never even bothered to call me. They're not caring for people who are dependent on them correctly. Went to visit my ex one day, he complained of constipation and said the nurse refused to give him a laxative. (Note: his entire right side is paralyzed from stroke, he can't get to the toilet) I found a nurse and he told me they could only give a laxative after three days. I asked when was the last time he was changed? Three days ago. So they realized they could have given him one that day if they'd bothered looking at his chart. I asked them why couldn't they simply help get him onto the toilet NOW? They did, he went, and hoping they will continue to now do that instead of laxatives every few days and having to clean up the mess of an adult diaper! Just one incident of many but an example of their inability to care properly for your loved one.

My experience coming is always awesome. Everyone hear is so compassionate and polite. Always willing to help. Positive attitudes and humble spirits. The facility is kept very clean all the time. I appreciate.

Excellent facility!! Beautiful and clean inside. Well staffed and high tech. Nurses and staff are great!! My mother in law doesn’t want to go back to assisted living because she is treated so well here. Highly recommend!!

My mother has made more improvements in a month than she has in 5 years. They really care. I appreciate that her laundry is always cleaned and that staff call me with updates. It’s a breath of fresh air!
