The staff were exceptional and extremely helpful and interested in me and my health issues. Dr. Johnson was very attentive and to the point and order everything I needed quickly. She explained everything clearly before and after my diagnosis. The discharge paperwork and nurse went over everything to be sure I understood my care. The ultrasound technicians were very careful and thorough in my exams and made sure I felt comfortable during the procedure. I really appreciated the staff coming out to the waiting and keeping me updated through the process. Excellent quality care was given by all. Thank you so very much for caring and showing it.

This hospital is going down hills. Second time going to the ER in just over a year. I live less than 2 miles from this hospital, and I am disappointed I will need to find a different ER to go to.

I don't recommend this place if you have GI issues as they will think you are a drug addict or alcoholic.

While receiving ER care for the second time, they verbalized the annoyance of my previous visit due to the VA not paying them. They said it was because they didn't have my social security number ("which apparently was my fault"). Just kidding - that was sarcasm, not my fault intake didn't do their job. I gave them my SSN in hopes that I would receive different/better care afterward.

NOPE-- instead, they discharged me after one bag of IV fluid. The funny thing is that this hospital is the one that gave my gastroparesis diagnosis one year ago. After being there for 5 days, they didn't want to let me discharge. Now fast forward a year later - they are discussing billing issues with me while I'm literally cyclic vommitting.

Do not go here if you have VA (I'm 100% VA), and they don't know how to do basic billing.

Do not go here if you have gastroparesis/GI issues. They will most likely recommend you to the GI doctor that's less than 1 mile away down the street. And I'll let you know now that the GI doctor wasn't worth the wait.

I am only giving 2 stars because of the staff that took care of me ONE YEAR ago after being admitted for 5 days. The most recent hospital visit (9/9/2024) is absolutely disgusting how you were treating other patients.

I'll find the names of all the people who were dogging me and update my post.

Beware, and don't leave your loved ones unattended.

Got in, the 1st Admittance gentleman was quick, professional and friendly when I entered the ER door. His male nurse was awesome, friendly and took my vitals. I only sat for a short time before being called in to the Dr. on staff , Dr. Steele. What a great Dr. to quickly assess what was required to treat my extremely sore shoulder, neck and arm pain. He was friendly and very professional and got me on my way with a prescription order and today I have relief. Thank you TV Hospital wonderful staff for being there for us!

I had a pleasant experience with the nurse Alyssa who was very helpful, very comforting with her words. Even though I was alone and have no one she made it feel like I had a guardian Angel . Alyssa Thank you !

Very good visit, they were available and up to date on my situation. They were quick and efficient getting my testing done and my results back to me. Kaiser has been very good to my family and I and once again they confirmed why I go to Kaiser. I have and will continue to recommend Kaiser to my family, coworkers and friends.

I can't give the hospital 5 stars.
Mom waited 3 hrs. In the ambulance before they got her in ER.
It took the hospital 2 days before they got mom in a room.
The ER was very crowded.
All the doctors and nurses were spectacular.
The hospital seems clean. The cafeteria seems a bit small and not open enough hours.

I have heard as an lvn by my previous patients that this hospital was amazing, today I took my mother in law today to be checked out for some issues she was having they were on it, got all her testing done right away, Dr seen her, they gave her some fluids. Everyone was professional, polite and just on top of their game. We left happy it was even better that my mother in laws test all came back good. Thank u to all the kind staff for all the excellent care and well wishes. I will definitely be telling people about u guys and your great care.

All the ER staff were amazing. Thank you to Brett for making me laugh. You made a dismal situation just a little more bearable.

I was admitted for a couple of nights and all the staff from Cardiology, Radiology, PT, ACU and all the other staff were wonderful.

I was extremely stressed out and they did their best to make sure they were through, they listened to my concerns, they treated me with kindness and compassion.

Thank you especially to Shane and all the lovely nurses who looked after me. I really appreciate it.
