Tender Home: Compassionate, Professional, and Truly Caring

I cannot say enough good things about Tender Home and the incredible care they provide for my mother, who has ALS and requires 24/7 assistance. From the very beginning, they have been courteous, responsive, and completely attentive to her needs. Their team is not just professional but also deeply compassionate, making what could be an overwhelming situation much more manageable for our family.

A special thank you to Andrew, Analisa and Sylvie, who have gone above and beyond in every way. They are not only attentive to my mom’s physical needs but also intuitive and anticipatory, always knowing what she needs before she even has to ask. Since she can no longer use her arms or legs or communicate verbally, this level of care is absolutely invaluable. Andrew and Sylvie have become like an extension of our family, learning her preferences, routines, and little habits that bring her comfort. Their dedication and kindness have given us peace of mind, knowing that my mom is in the best possible hands.

Tender Home has been a true blessing, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of exceptional in-home care.

My husband recently had a hemorrhagic stroke leaving him paralyzed on the left side. Most of his care are woman, they were great but having a man Andrew Alcala interact with was great for his mental health. Andrew is very proactive with his needs and always there to assist us. I can’t say enough about Andrew.

After my total knee replacement, I relied on the services of Tender CareHome. The caregivers were professional efficient and compassionate. The communication with the agency was great. Especially if my caregiver for the day, was either running a bit late, or needed to be replaced with a different caregiver, I would get a call to inform me regarding the above issues. I would highly recommend this agency!

I was assigned Tender Home Health after being released from the hospital. They were eager to sign me up for home care before leaving the hospital. But after I was processed as their client, it became clear they only wanted the money from my insurance with little or no care. They don’t return calls either. So I don’t recommend them. I would block any initial calls. Very, very poor service when you need home health aide to assist you with your needs.
