I have only been a patient here for less then a year, but I dread having to go in or even call to ask questions about medications I have been put on... my dr makes me me feel as if she doesn't want to be there or she has a problem with me wich is confusing because I'm a pretty quiet person I'm not there for pain management nor do I care to ever be on pain management she can treat me alot better then what she has and maybe stop blowing off the problem I am there for because I would like to know what is going on with my body and its a real shame that it stresses me out to go to a Dr that should be helping me figure things out

I hate all these horrible reviews but that’s my opinion. Dr. Kris saved my life almost 2 years ago. If it wasn’t for God and her I would not be here today. Dr. Kris is so compassionate that she came in when they were closed to help me then followed up on me as I was in the hospital, she didn’t have to do that but she did bc she is compassionate and genuinely cares!! We are all human and we all make mistakes daily. I can honestly say from my personal experience that Dr. Kris is a blessing and so is her staff.

I am from out of town. I went to this facility as I was sick. They immediately gave me paperwork to fill out. The doctor was very nice and vary knowledgeable. She examined me and gave me some prescriptions. I was very happy with the service and cleanness . I would highly recommend this facility. 5 Stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The only person that Was nice is the receptionist. I went for primary care not pain management. Every time I went I was told at least 5 times they were not going to see me for pain management I was asked to sign paperwork to get all my records I told my other doctors that Tn river would be my new primary care doc. I had all my records sent to them. The third time I went was again the same thing from the nurse, 3 times she told me I was not going to be seen for pain management. When the doctor come in he told me another 3 times no pain management. He then informed me that he wasn’t taking any new primary care patients. If they would have just told me that the first time I would have been on my way. I would never recommend them for anything.

The nurses are friendly. That’s it. Having sleep issues as well as anxiety stress etc. she didn’t even try to help. Talked to her only once with my four kids and she immediately wanted to send me to a behavioral place instead of helping. I’ve heard nothing but good things about her but she ruined it for me. Will not be back. Doctors should care and try to help at least for three months. Doesn’t get better by then that’s when you need to think about other options. But at least try first.

I've been going here for several years now. I've only seen Dr Kris and she is very good. Before giving me pain pills, she sent me for an MRI. They do NOT just hand out pills but if there is truly a need for them, she'll help you to be more comfortable. They have just started taking Medicare and Medicaid making it possible for me to keep going. The staff are delightful and I look forward to going each month. Dr Kris takes care of most of your medical needs.

Mrs. Jana Berry is probably the Best Dr. I’ve used in such a long time. She got the surgery scheduled and set up for me last year on my left shoulder and is now working on my right shoulder. She doesn’t hand out pain pills witch I think is great. Very good people there staff and all.
