While they are friendly. They never mentioned to.me a co-pay or the cost of the overnight 02 monitor. Just called and said the doctor would like you to wear it. I would have declined if they told me the cost. I will no longer use them because of the lack of being upfront and honest.

It was very easy to use but because I have sleep apnea (new insurance and sleep study was a long time ago) I couldn’t use my cpap and I use sound therapy to help me go to sleep and I wasn’t able to use that either. So the next day sucked like I knew it would

Excellent experience. Staff was very hospitable and attentive. I arrived late to my appointment but they managed to work me in. I was very pleased with how welcoming they are.

Scheduling the test was easy. It came in the mail and when we were finished, they provided a prepaid mailer. You download an app which walks you thru the process uploading the overnight results was quick and easy. The equipment is similar to a pulse ox.

TestSmarter is very easy to use. If device keeps falling off your finger, just tape it to your finger.Just don't cover the end where the red light is. I recommend TestSmarter to anyone needing a sleep study. Casey was very helpful.
