Reflecting on our “stay” it was positive. Some people are made for this and it’s more than a job. My mother received excellent care, from the physicians to the housekeeping staff. Ruby and Troy made magnificent impressions. They are LEADERS in the field due to their attitudes, integrity, patience, and knowledge. Both were professional, kind, and personable. True angels!
Also, the food was delicious. My mom was sick and couldn’t eat for some time, when she was finally able, and was very thankful to have healthy, yet tasteful options.
Thank you for taking care of her and working together to get her healthy and back home ♥️

My sister died there of bad medical assistance. I would never put anyone in this place ever again. BSA Hospital should have kept her and took responsibility for an operation that went bad and as a result, killed our sweet Laurie Adcock! It's just not right for anyone to get away Scott free!!!
