Ruined my life- not to be dramatic but it’s true. I had the ablation surgery done in April, 7 months ago. I am still unable to walk. I literally cannot walk. I went from a champion runner to being unable to walk for 7 months. I’ve been to 4 different orthopedic surgeons since and it’s been concluded that the procedure caused soft tissue damage. Most likely a torn ligament or tendon but they can’t tell unless they operate on my foot. Dr Pearle stands behind she did nothing wrong. This is even more ludicrous bc it’s the exact spot she inserted the probe. I was so hopeful but wish I could go back in time and never have this done.

I was so fortunate to find The Center for Morton’s Neuroma to care for me. I knew I had to find an expert and was pleased I found the Center in a Google search. I was so impressed the intake nurse called me the night before Thanksgiving to respond to my inquiry. The office is run very well and I was treated well. They are honest and explain the process so there are no surprises. They were responsive and accessible. Parking is easy and location is right near a major highway. The Doctor was excellent and the treatment went very well. I highly recommend The Center for Morton’s Neuroma.

First time pain free in years after getting cryo-ablation and platelet rich plasma injections from Dr. Pepyne three days ago! I am incredibly thankful to have found TCMN by searching for a competent place to receive cryo-ablation on Morton's Neuroma. After a dozen years of wasting time and money on other failed treatments, I was thrilled to travel for successful pain relief. Indeed it took extra effort and out of pocket funds, but it put an end to the madness. Value: Priceless.

My experience has been excellent.

I travelled across the country to see Dr. Pearl and was impressed with her deep knowledge of Morton's Neuromas and her assessment of how to best treat them. I was told on the front end that it could take 2-3 treatments. After the 1st treatment, it probably took 6 weeks before I felt much improvement. After ~10 weeks I the Neuroma was ~50% improved. After conversation with Dr. Pearl's staff I decided to return for a 2nd treatment. I'm so glad that I did. I'm now 3+ months post my 2nd treatment. My foot is 80+% healed. From where I started, to where I am now, is incredible. I wasn't able to walk outside to retrieve my mail without pain. Today, unless I take a long walk or play 18 holes of golf, I no longer think about my foot.

I highly recommend Dr. Pear and the Center for Morton's Neuroma.

I am putting this review out for those who cannot afford to fly to see Dr Pearl for a Morton Neuroma non surgical treatment.

Two stars is only to get your attention not to say anything negative about her and the Center for Morton's Neuroma.

I learned a lot talking to her nurse about guided Radio Frequency Ablation, so much that this seemed like an important low risk option to explore. While it took some digging I found a Pain Institute here in Arizona that uses RF ablation procedures. They do not advertise the procedure for a Morton Neuroma but do do RF Ablation treatments. I went in and the Dr explained that these neuromas can happen all over the body and he was happy to do the procedure. I did the RF Ablation procedure three months ago and the pain is gone. ☺️

Take away:
- the procedure works - thanks for the education Dr Pearl!
- insurance does cover, look at Pain management Drs near you.
- podiatrist might not be well versed in this procedure, mine was not. He is going to look at getting himself trained now to offer it to his patients.
- keep looking if you do not have the extra $$$$ to do this procedure out of network and fly to Massachusetts to get it done.

I hope this is helpful.

I had a very positive experience here. As a runner, I was sidelined by a neuroma and tried conservative treatments for months to no avail. Dr Pearl’s team performed a cryoablation and within a few weeks I was able to get back on the road and ease into running. Now I’m back to training for two marathons this season.

The treatment I received here for 2 Morton's Neuromas has ensured my feet are almost completely pain free. Prior to this I had surgeries (and other treatments) but was still in pain and starting to lose hope of finding help. I travelled from London to Boston for treatment and I can't thank you enough for your care.

I could barely walk 2 blocks in sneakers before I saw Dr Pearl. I had been told surgery was my only option. After researching the success rate and speaking to people who had the surgery i knew that was not an option I wanted to pursue.
Fortunately I found Dr Pearl. After a thorough exam she reviewed 3 treatment options with me and together we selected the one we felt might work the best.
I have had three treatments and my foot is much better. I am back 90% and very satisfied. I am leading a normal life again!
