The staff was friendly and cordial. Once I went to the back I was taken care of pretty promptly. My medication was sent to the correct pharmacy as well. I had an overall positive experience.

The doctors. The NPR’s and. Nurses are kind and caring. They listen to my issues and include me in my care decisions. I have not been dismissed as my opinion did not matter. They treat me like my opinion matters. When I have to bring my my 4 year old child with me they are understanding and they talk with him and make him feel comfortable while there.

They did not help me in the slightest. The doctor was in the room examining me for less than 2 minutes. He did not go over the medication he prescribed with me at all didn’t even tell me what it was he was prescribing just walked out of the room and when I asked to speak to him again they said that’s not possible. They didn’t dignify me with any consideration. It was a truly terrible experience and I was so upset when I left. I was going there as a last resort and was hoping for relieve and understanding and I got neither of those things.

Posting on behalf of my brother,
The staff is wonderful. However, the parking is awful. A handicap/discharge exit with a ramp is needed.
An elderly lady fell outside after a sedation, she was on a walker and her daughter had to park so far from the door. I also had to move 3 times to pickup my brother because he is also on a walker and was sedated.

Very pleased with the follow up appointment today. I was seen by a PA and we discussed some outstanding issues and decided to do additional injection. The PA was professional and easy to communicate with. When I went to scheduling I was seen immediately and given my appointment within minutes. All of the support staff was new for me and I was pleasantly surprised with the improvements from my previous visits. These were excellent changes that patients needed. Thanks.

The personnel at the front are always nice and signed me in very quickly when I arrived. Then, I was called to a room within a reasonable time frame and seen soon thereafter. My experiences have most always been good here and efficient as well from the entry to the office to the last step before leaving.
