Worst customer service ever. 1 July 2022, I checked in 2 hours early for my appointment just to pee in a cup for a pre-employment drug test and was told by the receptionist that I needed to wait until my appointment time. No problem, I waited and still passed my appointment time until I asked the receptionist why it was taking too long for me to get seen, and she started to have an attitude with me. This is just to go pee in a cup!! Receptionist needs to go back to learning how to provide quality customer service.

This is the best urgent care I have ever been to! All of the staff was very nice, friendly and thorough. We waited in the lobby to be called back to a room for only 5 minutes. The doctor was in the exam room within 5 minutes. The doctor was great! He took the time to explain to my children the illnesses that they had and what was going on in their bodies to make them feel sick. He was awesome! Every time my family needs to be seen at an urgent care Im coming back to the doctors clinic urgent care in silverdale every time!

Incredibly rude front desk staff here. One in particular, (did not catch her name) was rude, and interrupted me as I spoke. Went in for routine x-Ray prior to being seen by specialist. Checked in to front desk, stated I was there for an X-ray, was interrupted and asked my date of birth rudely, gave that information and was told to “have a seat” I replied “Thank you” and her response was a snotty “mm-hmm”. When the X-ray tech called me back and I walked by the front desk this receptionist made a disgusted noise with her mouth and gave me a dirty look. Not entirely sure what her issue with me was, but clearly the Doctor’s Clinic needs to retrain their front desk staff on courtesy. On the other hand, the x-ray technician was super friendly and nice.

Absolutely worst experience of my life. I was told by my doctor to come here due to my bleeding and cramping at 11 weeks pregnant. I walk in, very kind because I'm trying to not only seek medical treatment for me but for my unborn child. The reception was the absolute worst. I don't know if I walked in a bad time but she gave the cold dead fish eyes, smacking her gum and literally told me "um yeah (smack smack) we don't have the stuff to help you here like ultrasound stuff so you're gonna have to somewhere else (smack smack)". But I was told by my doctor to come here for even blood tests or something. "Yeah um, your doctor was wrong sooooo". Are you kidding?! The other receptionist didn't even bother to intervene. I'm bleeding here and you're denying me any sort of medical treatment. Thanks! This hasn't been the only time they've treated my husband and I this way either. Horrible service. It's a little pathetic when a veterinary practice has better customer service than human practices.

Went there after a bad fall. Have a metal rod in my leg from recent femur fracture. Having SEVERE pain and horrible spasms, so I was worried I injured it worse, or damaged surgery. They actually FORGOT I was there! Almost 4 hours waiting, and listening to staff talking outside at desk saying I probably left AMA because I didn't get pain pills...which I NEVER ASKED FOR! Just wanted to make sure my leg was ok! Was a nasty fall! I am also disabled. To be treated like that is absolutely APPALLING! My friend that was with me heard the nasty comments also. The MD was awesome though. He apologized for forgetting about me. Other staff, I would give ZERO stars if possible!

Was sick with a horrible cold that got worse instead of better after thirteen days. Coming from out of state I had no idea where to go. I found this facility on line went over and checked in. Not having a WA address I expected to have to pay on the spot, but no they took my insurance info and I waited to be called. Fortunately, I got in when I did Dr Droz diagnosed me as having pneumonia. I got the treatment I needed and a compassionate ear.

I will never go back again!!! I had a tickel in my throat for a month and was coughing all the time, living on halls to stop the coughing. So I waited hour and I didn’t mind but when they took me in to the room the doctor looked in my ear, thoat, nose and listen to my chest and then told me that I eat to much food and that I have gurd and told me to take Prilosec. I Call me mom told her what happened she told me to take Zyrtec and I’ve been taking it this week and No more coughing. I looked up gurd and it’s heartburn witch I didn’t have😡😡

Just another Medical Center... as with all Healthcare Providers make sure you do your own research and get an idea of what you need before going in or you'll be shipped out the door with no more help then you could get from your local Walgreens, or 'Ol Henry down the street.
My wife had been battling a severe cough for over a week and we had been trying robitesen, cough drops, Theraflu, chicken noodle soup, Dayquil and Nyquil with no results, and decided to use our insurance and get her some care. After paying her copay, waiting WAY TOO LONG IN THE WAITING ROOM, THEN ANOTHER 20 MINUTES FOR THE DOCTOR, and let's not leave out the monthly insurance we pay for, she was asked if she wanted to be tested for strep...umm...aren't YOU supposed to be telling US what we should be tested for? The doctor, after hearing that the medicine wasn't helping and that she was in pain, told her to keep some cough drops by her bedside and it should pass...and that was that. Oh wow thanks Doc. Its good to hear it should pass I guess. Why are we getting our own medicine? What did I just pay for? What cough drops should I get? Could you give me some? Why can't you provide, I dunno, stronger cough drops? Cough syrup with codeine for the pain maybe? Instead my wife is told to keep suffering needlessly for a couple days, all day and night, maybe 2 or 3 days, or maybe 4 or 5 days, maybe even a whole week or longer, just eating bags of cough drops in the middle of the night until it eventually passes. Literally suffering needlessly, so that what? You can make a quick buck...a lot of bucks...on an office visit? Or do you want us to call back again a day or two later, you know, while my wife has been in pain, then we can make ANOTHER appointment, pay ANOTHER COPAY, you can BILL MY INSURANCE AGAIN, WE CAN WAIT ANOTHER HOUR AND 20 MINUTES, tell you all the same stuff, so that you can MAYBE GET IT RIGHT THE SECOND OR THIRD TIME? Seriously this is one of the easiest office visits and you provided absolutley zero healthCARE. Why is that? Why? Thanks a lot for the NOT healthcare we received. I've basically been scammed today. Trust me I would keep going but I can't, because I need to go make some more Theraflu for my wife while she's coughing uncontrollably in bed.
