I absolutely love this place. I think Dr. Hara is the best doctor I have ever had. I hear people telling me that they don't want to go to the doctor because their doctors will tell them they need to lose weight or that their doctor will shame them for something, or that their doctor doesn't listen to them. Dr. Hara has never been that way with me. I've been extremely heavy and had high cholesterol and she never pressured me about these things but if I have wanted her help with these issues she has listened to me and tried to help me in multiple ways. I also don't think I've ever waited very long for her to come in after her medical assistant does her thing. Some doctors' offices in the past have left me waiting for 30 minutes or more.

Dr. Hara's medical assistant Rosa is also awesome. She's so nice and caring. She's very thorough. I look forward to seeing her smiling face when I come in.

The front desk staff has also been great to me. Very friendly people. No problems there whatsoever.

I don't know what problems the other people leaving reviews here are having. I haven't read many of them. I just can't believe this place only had a 2.8 star rating when I decided to leave a review. It was the best thing ever for me to leave Silverdale Primary Care and come here. I forgot to pay a $20 bill there and they wouldn't let me go back once it went to collections. Oops, my bad! Happy it worked out though. Thanks Doctor's Clinic, Dr. Hara, Rosa and the front desk staff! You guys are amazing!

Medical reviews are tricky -- our system in the US is flawed and floundering, but that isn't specific to The Doctors Clinic or their staff. They have minimal control over their appointment availability, or in many cases the costs of their services. So this review is specific to Dr Li. She is, hands down, one of the most skilled professionals I've encountered in _any_ field, even outside of medicine. It is clear in EVERY conversation I have with her that she not only has mastery of her specialty, but just as importantly has thoroughly familiarized herself with my specific case. She asks questions like any medical professional, but she does not ask me to repeat information I've already provided to her or her staff -- she simply knows it. A doctor who knows their specialty well is not terribly rare, but a doctor who knows YOU is almost impossible to find. Dr Li is that doctor. Also important to note is that this is true of her nursing staff as well. Helpful, kind, and professional. I cannot recommend these folks highly enough.

If you can find a urologist somewhere else do it. This clinic it is really hard to get an appointment with a urologist. Just to see my doctor, I could wait four to five months out. In an emergency situation they told me the latest 6 to 8 weeks to see my doctor. The wait times at the office when you do get an appointment is pretty long. Sometimes pack a lunch. I don't know if the staff is overworked or don't care, but my impression is that they don't care. If you do decide to use this clinic when you call to make your appointment, be prepared to sit on hold for a little while. A good luck. I had to give it one star. I couldn't do the review. It should have minus one star

I read the other negative reviews about this clinic and felt a bit skeptical as well. But I called for an appointment and got one for two weeks later, and my experience has been so easy and smooth. Dr. Li has been so helpful and the staff have all been great in my experience.

I’ve seen two doctors at the clinic, one in pain management and the other was a hand specialist, both visit my wait time was reasonably. The pain management doctor spent a fair amount of time going over my issues he than send me for imaging. A follow up appointment was made and I just had it a couple of days ago, it went well. I will be going back for a procedure on my back.

The hand specialist was super friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve had four surgeries between my hands and elbows. She improved my hands by 70 percent with four shots. My hands feel better then they have in years!

This has to be one of the worst medical clinics I’ve ever went to in my life. Dr. Clegg is nice but isn’t a great doctor. Tina is absolutely terrible as a person and a MA. Never ever would I recommend them to anyone. Had multiple visits so it wasn’t a one time thing. I’ve also talked to other people who have had similar experiences and agree that they would never recommend. Please save yourself and your time.
