I brought my wife to the TDC urgent care at 3:00 pm on 3/23/2025 to be seen for chronic back pain. The clinic was empty no patients in the lobby. The staff at the front desk told us they're not accepting anymore patients because they were too busy and would be closing at 5:00 pm. Instead of providing service and helping my wife, who was in significant pain, they printed us a piece of paper that had other clinics info and told us we could go one of them instead. We had to drive another 30 minutes out of our way to the clinic in Bremerton where we were finally able to get service. For what justifiable reason do they stop taking patients two hours before closing time? It's apparent they could care less about the people to come to this clinic.

Sunday, March 30, 2025, I went into The Doctors Clinic - Urgent Care, Silverdale location. I was welcomed, immediately. Although, I was miserable, and clearly not at my best, they treated me with gracious care and sensitivity. The front desk was exceptionally kind, friendly, courteous, respectful, and professional My experience in previous similar businesses, people are often treated very coldly, like they're just the next number. Not this place. No, they have a mastery of how to treat people. My interactions were with 5 different staff members, and each were top-notch. Additionally, I observed how they treated other people who were there, and it was good.
As a longtime business and community leader and people manager, myself, I know this doesn't just happen all on its own. It starts with hiring quality staff, training them and setting high expectations, and it continues with ongoing support, direction, training, assessments, etc. It can only happen when leadership is determined to keep high standards in service to its customer base (clients or patients), maintain a positive workplace environment, evaluate and improve daily operations, and ensure customer satisfaction. I'm almost 60 years old and cannot recall any healthcare business of its kind doing such a remarkably good job. While I don't know others' experiences and haven't looked into any previous reviews of this business, what I do know is they took care of me better than any other place has. They absolutely went above and beyond in every conceivable way. All the staff there should be able to rest at night, knowing they do their job well. I'm beyond satisfied.

I came in this morning 2/16/2025 to be seen for my breathing after watching 5 people being called back when I was the third person to walk in the building I finally walked up to the receptionist. He told me he’d see what was going on. So finally I got called back and mentioned it to the nurse he instantly got an attitude and says “You’ll be third and rolled his eyes” Then proceeded to say “You’re just here for an inhaler?” I looked at him and said “I’m here because I haven’t been able to breathe last night after my inhaler ran out so I think I’ll need a breathing treatment as well.” I’ve been here a few times before and never had an issue. I’ve read prior comments this morning before coming to see what time your clinic opened. Sadly I should’ve listened to all the ONE star reviewers. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Do better “Urgent Care”.. Or maybe get a staff that wants to help people. The receptionist was nice, but that’s about it. I haven’t seen your doctor yet, but my hopes aren’t too high. Especially if he’s anything like these nurses

Billing has been sent to collections instead of directly to us. For care we wait 3+ hours each time. People at the desk always act clueless, and the care seemed rushed and they don't seem to care at all. What a awful place. 0 stars if I could. Wouldn't recommend at all.
Place sucks.

The doctors are great if you can see them. The admin staff front desk needs training. Waited here at opening for 2.5 hours only to find out the front desk didn’t put my name down to be seen. All while in sever pain. I walked out and went to another cities urgent care.

My experience was positive. I had a sinus infection. It was Christmas Eve. The wait was over 2 hours. But, I checked in and did errands. When I came back I got in, got a prescription and all was well.

My husband developed a rash on his chest and because we had a 3 week old grandchild in the house, we decided to have it looked at. Dr Matthew Hoefler saw us after a 3 hour wait and it was totally worth it. He did not pretend to know everything and double checked his info on shingles and chickenpox. I respected that. Then he did a swab that would be definitive as a test. This made the visit totally worth the effort. He explained everything clearly.

My fiance and I were waiting for his dr to call him back for his appointment, and it was extremely quiet in the waiting area, just for the front desk lady to snap her fingers at us and let us know that he “had been called multiple times” but maybe if the nurse had spoken above a whisper one of those times, we would have heard her. If you’re going to work a customer service position, don’t treat patients that treated you with respect with disrespect. I understand it’s a stressful job but it is never okay to treat people like that.
