Dr Falconio and her staff are the best in the business: knowledgeable, professional, kind, and caring. Dr Falconio keeps her knowledge up to date and makes sure her staff knows the best practices for routine procedures that not only work great but also make me as the patient feel like a fellow *person*, not just a “patient”. I have been shocked - in a good way! - more than a few times, at how the staff goes out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. Excellent service every time, and I’ve been going here for years and years.

A quick note on availability: Dr Falconio is busy, yes, AND, she has always written me back personally and/or called me back within a day, when I send her a message through the portal. Even after she finishes her days at work, she still makes sure to monitor her messages and gets back to patients. I have been to several, *several* primary care providers in my time and none of them come even close to the depth of knowledge and true understanding that The Doctor’s Office does. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Falconio and her staff and her PA Johanna Morofski. Most of the staff have been there a long time and are professional and friendly. I have been seeing Dr. Falconio for 10+ years and in addition to my annual exams, there have been a few medical issues along the way which she has helped me resolve she has given my some great referrals. She is personable, knowledgeable and I feel like I receive top notch care. Dr. Falconio has practiced in North County for a long time so she is well known in the medical community and everyone knows her or has heard of her. A great person to have on your side.

Recently I had some blood pressure issues and she referred me to Athelas who sent me a blood pressure machine that transmits the reading to Dr. Falconio, Athelas, and sends a text to me. That way everyone is informed. The machine is easy to use and I have no out of pocket. What a great idea!

Simply the doctor is unapproachable after 4 months as a patient my wife who is also a patient have never met her or even talked to her when i asked to talk to falconio only office help says first apoointment is in 3 months she farm's out everything to the office help. Fyi when we interviewed this practice for our primary we asked straight up..is the doctor approachable and availabel...reply yes...and is Tele health available...yes well ITS NOT GOOD LUCK AND STAY CLEAR..

Dr Linda Falconio has been my Dr for about 28 years. Linda has had several write ups in medical magazines and is well known when it comes to Drs. You won’t find a better doctor than her. Dr Falconio takes time with each patient and really listens to what they say. I promise you will feel validated as her patient (not just some number) while getting the best care possible.
