I've been fairly satisfied until recently. Then everything kinda started to fall apart. I never got calls about my labs after being told I would. I had a bad episode, which appears to be migraines, and the nurse over reacted. Had me afraid I was having a stroke. Took me off my Test because of it. I spoke with the urologist and she said that was ridiculous. The final straw was charging me $50 for my first no show appointment. This is usually a $100 charge but they were willing to cut me a deal. This screams business before care. I'll happily find a new Dr. If this clinic is going to be so profit driven.

Very welcoming, wonderful, personable staff. It feels like Palmer. Melinda is excellent - she listens, is knowledgeable and works with you. Could not be happier with the whole crew.
And yes, sometimes they run a little late, but it's because they are busy actually listening to their patients.

My family has been beyond impressed with everyone in this office. From Tami and the ladies at the front desk to the MA that takes your back and of course I loved my provider Melinda! Of you need a new refill they are on it you do not have to keep calling back. We look forward to future visits.

Used to be a patient here and Amanda who was my usual doctor I saw always seemed to be in a rush and never took the time to address my concerns and made me feel liek she actually cared. Went in for a blood test one day, after a month long sickness trying to figure out what was wrong with me, and after she came in for literally less than 5 minutes she was hurrying out of the room and I asked her of she could look at a lump on my back really quick. She looks at me and says, "You only made a half hour appointment for a blood draw, I don't have time." She eventually checked it out, said it was nothing and left. The nurses did all the work. Mind you this was just before their front office closes for an hour for lunch and I still had 5 minutes left of my scheduled appointment. That was my last straw and I am no longer a patient there. Just one instance of many more. The front desk and nurses are amazing, but Amandas attitude and terrible bedside manner made me move offices.

I don't know what the problem is with these other reviews but this place has been amazing for me in every way. Dr Neil Nardini is an amazingly intelligent individual and his staff there seems very knowledgeable and efficient in their work. I was very surprised to see all of these one-star reviews so I felt compelled to leave a five-star because that is the experience that I've had during my several visits. It is also important to note that my entire family goes here for their healthcare and we all feel that it is an amazing place to go.

Forgot with all that is going on in my body from this flu to call and cancel yesterday. I expected some charge but $100 while we are all struggling and can't work due to this illness is ridiculous. But I know that's business and will pay it but God please help the front desk to have a more smpathic tone and kind approach when they talk to people. Losing all your business and patients due to rude receptionist is scary. Word of mouth and how you treat people is everything.
I will not be back and it's not the fee! it's her quick, rude and abrupt behavior. God bless y'all and hopefully she gets training on how to appear kind if it's not in her wheel house to do it naturally.

I love this clinic. I have seen both Amanda and Melinda. They are each amazing. The pro-gun signs are a cherry on top. It’s a place for true Alaskans to get quality health care.
