Absolutely the best facial I’ve ever had! Milene is magic! She has decades of experience from all over the world, and I felt the difference in the quality of the facial through the magic of her hands & incredible tools. I also really like that she explains what she is doing & knows so much about skin— I felt so safe in her care. She made my skin glow, and melted my stress away, and I felt new and refreshed leaving her beautiful studio. I will be going regularly to get this heavenly experience again.

BEST facial ever. Milene is absolutely amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and loves what she does! She uses state of art technology that leaves your skin feeling fresh and glowing. I had my first facial ever today with Milene and I immediately knew I was in good hands. Her spa in Capitola is beautiful and peaceful the minute you walk in the door. Although I had never had a facial before, Milene talked to me about my skin concerns and created a custom facial to target dryness, sun spots, etc. She even took photos throughout the process so that I could see what was happening! Truly above and beyond.

I had a lovely experience and I can’t wait to see how my skin is transformed by working with Milene. I’m sending my fiancé here immediately too.

Milene is a skin artisan 💫 she tailors a facial for what we’re all after: luminosity, diminishing discoloration and fine lines. Oxygen Facial was a journey of custom steps, with Korean and German skin care tech, blissful especially the results after two days. Waxing also 10/10.

Milene is the BEST esthetician i’ve ever gone to, and i’ve been to so many! Her facials are the perfect balance of such an enjoyable, relaxing, spa-like experience, but also very effective at improving whatever skin concern you come in with. She is so knowledgeable and trustworthy and makes great recommendations about lifestyle and at home products but isn’t pushy whatsoever. Also her personality is just delightful- can’t wait to come back!

Milene’s studio immediately made me feel at home and eased me of any nervousness I felt before my treatment. She’s truly a hidden gem in the Santa Cruz area and I can definitely understand why people travel hours to see her!
