I contacted Martha for replacement cushions for my Good Feet insoles. They lasted almost 2 years but it was time to replace them. Martha was very helpful, pulled and sent my order on the same day. What a great experience. I can’t believe how much the insoles changed my life. I was scheduling foot surgery and tried Good Feet insoles as a last ditch effort. I almost backed out at the price but I’m glad I bought them. That changed my life. I am pain free and no surgery needed. Thank you Good Feet!!!

I went to the Good Feet Store out of desperation after struggling with bursitis on the outside of both of my hips. The people in the store were great! Very informative about the products and confident the orthotics would help. I bought them. And after the prescribed wearing schedule I began to get relief. I was stunned and excited. I got the results I wanted when multiple sessions of physical therapy failed. I am very satisfied with my orthotics and the excellent staff at the Yakima store. Thank you!!

I experienced pain in my left hip and across my lower back for several years. I tired different approaches to mitigate the pain which were not successful. I decided to give The Good Feet a try. I dropped into the local Good Feet store and was greeted by
Alex. He was friendly and greeted me with a smile. I explained what I was experiencing, and he developed a plan to help me. Within two weeks after being fitted with arch supports and some shoes the pain was gone. I'm able to walk without pain in my hip and lower back. I feel so much better after visiting the Good Feet store. Thanks to Alex and the Good Feet store.

The folks at the good feet store were very friendly and helpful. This was the best customer service I have experienced in a long time, amd definitely the best in Yakima.
