I went to the Growth Center for about a year- throughout my year there there were several times where my appointment had been rescheduled due to "scheduling conflicts" which I understand but that shouldnt mean I then have to wait an extra 2 weeks for my appointment- thats not okay and in my opinion so unprofessional. I felt like I wasnt listened to by my physician very well when talking about meds or changes. I also seen a physician who WAS NOT REALLY IN OFFICE EVER and they would NOT allow me to do telehealth and at this point I needed a sooner appointment because my meds were about to run out completely- I asked for an earlier appointment and I NEVER even got a response- they were informed my meds were running out and did not take immediate action, ALSO unprofessional- the new psych I have literally has so many patients but they were able to get me in 2 days after my intake so I would NOT run out of my meds because any psych should know that running out of any medication especially psych meds can be detrimental to somebody both physically and mentally- severely unprofessional in my opinion and will never be coming back here.

I had to give 1 star just so I could post. I can't give a review because I haven't been able to go there. I filled out their intake form & received an email confirming that, but I haven't heard from them in any way, shape or form. There is no option to speak to anyone over the phone. I've waited now for 4 days less than a month. Crickets. Good thing I wasn't suicidal.

Megan Hoskins is a gem - she is a wonderful provider for one of our family members. She is attentive, listens well, and helped identify the best treatment plan. She makes a person feel seen and heard! The front desk/office staff has always been kind and helpful when we have questions. We did have some billing issues that took a while to resolve, but we remained in communication with the billing manager, as well as our insurance company, and we finally got things taken care of. Patience, persistence, and good communication go a long way where insurance is concerned, and I appreciate the time taken to help us sort things out.

The staff is very friendly and understanding and went out of their way to help us. Their biggest concern is the health of the patient . Thank you for what you do and how you do it.

I’d say for the 1-2ish years I chose to come to TGC to take further steps into bettering myself, has been by far one of my greatest decisions and personal victories I’ve made in a longggg while. Due do insurance, I unfortunately had to start going somewhere else. Out of the several offices I’ve now been in, I promise you, the growth center IS beyond worth it and is top tier. I’ve encountered a lot of psychiatrists/therapists in my 26 years and I feel like 90% of them shouldn’t have even been in the mental field. but you DO* NOT* have to worry about that at the growth center!!!! I also love giving points where it’s due, so THANK YOU Dr. Keeling- and I believe the main front desk lady I always dealt with was Kim! Both of you, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I’ve NEVER met anyone else to be so pleasant, compassionate and understanding. They’re full of grace and not only helped me- but the rest of the community little by little. These specific ladies deserve great measures of financial success. I even pray that you both are blessed with even further prosperity’s the rest of your life. you both deserve that, and more. so thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

I have always been treated with compassion and respect. The refill requests are efficient, if there's a delay it is typically within a reasonable amount of time. I've always been able reach someone on the phone with ease. Calls are returned within 24-48 hrs which is excellent compared to some other offices. I feel the physicians, therapists and other providers truly advocate for patients and are committed to helping patients improve overall wellness and feel better. They have accessible hours for people who work long hours, and are flexible and helpful in rescheduling if you have something come up. Highly recommend this office to anyone. Recommend avoiding less than 24 hr cancelation or no call/no shows out of courtesy for the many people who need appts quickly, and out of courtesy for staff/therapists/psychiatrist. This is a great organization, and they're in high demand for a reason. They do a really good job and very professional.

As at least one other review mentioned, I’ve had MULTIPLE (at least 3) charges taken out of my personal bank account with no billing statement, call or warning- despite me calling and leaving multiple messages over this time telling them that we switched insurance and have a new FSA/ HSA card that needs to be added to pay for visits or copays. The money has been taken when my daughter’s appointments weren’t even for another week or so! I was told that one of the mysterious charges was a no show fee- the provider scheduled her for one date and wrote a later date on the appointment card.

This morning lo and behold I have ANOTHER random $30 charge taken from my personal bank account- no statement, no call, and my daughter’s next appointment- per the appointment card- isn’t until July!!! Left a message and crickets.

$120 has been charged to my card over the last year or so for no reason- I called the bank and requested a new debit card tonight because no matter how many times I call, The Growth Center doesn’t seem to be capable of removing my personal bank card, and adding my FSA/HSA card, nor stop billing me for appointments before said appointment date. An unnecessary inconvenience considering I’ve tried calling and no one responds or I’m told it will be taken care of…..

Last time I called I was told they would handle it in office… clearly it’s not been handled.

I never make reviews for companies but I felt like I needed to for here. I have been going here regularly for over a year, and was suddenly charged 50.00 for an appointment that I never made. I called the receptionist and they said I was charged for a no show. I told them I never made the appointment, and never received a call or text confirming said appointment. She said she would contact the billing manager to see about a refund. Two weeks go by and I have not heard back from them after leaving several voicemails and emails. I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back.

Not to mention they wrongly prescribed MY medication to a family member who also goes there. I guess they got the names mixed up. Thankfully we caught it and they didn’t take the wrong medication.

I would not recommend coming here at all. Communication is awful and extremely frustrating.
