The Hidden Gem in Sulphur Springs, TX is wonderful! They offer a variety of classes including Pilates, yoga, strength training, beat boxing and more! Their infrared classes make you sweat but you feel so good afterwards. It’s been great for joint pain and inflammation. Very welcoming environment and fun classes. Highly recommend trying it out! The new owner, Maddie, is the sweetest and really pours her heart and soul into The Hidden Gem.

The hidden gem fitness experience is amazing! I always feel great after my workout and the instructors are great at what they do! 🤩 the infrared will have you sweating like you never have before and feeling great after. I can’t wait to keep coming back and trying new classes!!

I LOVE the atmosphere and environment created at The Hidden Gem! Everyone is SO friendly and encouraging. The workouts are fantastic, and definitely a good workout! They have so many different classes to try! I definitely recommend trying it out!
