I had my first acupuncture session with Candice, and it was an incredible experience. I came in with a severely pinched right shoulder that had been causing me so much pain I was in tears for over a week. Candice was amazing—she took the time to thoroughly explain how acupuncture works and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process.

The results were fantastic! While she was honest that she couldn’t resolve 100% of the pain in one session, she reduced it by about 80%, which is a huge relief. She explained that it might be a minor muscle tear, so full recovery will take some time, but I already feel like I’ve got my life back. I’m looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend Candice to anyone considering acupuncture!

From setting up an appointment, to the pre-screening, to meeting the staff, being shown the facilities & having all procedures throughly explained, everything was professional and made to be understood. When the pain lessoned, the headache gone, the nausea nowhere to be found I realized I had found THE place I need to be to make me well again. Candice knows what she's doing, takes time to find pathways to wellness, Natalie keeps the office humming & the appointments doable. Like most men my age, I was extremely skeptical about acupuncture when the VA scheduled me for 8 appointments. After my first appointment all skepticism was gone. I was sent for lower back pain, but at my first appointment Candice asked if I had any other areas of pain and she would try to help those as well. I’ve had multiple knee surgeries, the first at 15. After my first appointment I had the first two days of pain free knee in well over 20 years! Over the course of the next few appointments it increased to 3-4 days a week. The same is true for my lower back. I’ve become a huge advocate for acupuncture and will recommend The Hub to anyone I know in pain. A HUGE thanks to Candice and everyone else at The Hub for improving my quality of life!

Candice, Natalie, Kayla, and Sally are all awesome outstanding! All the girls make you feel comfortable, relaxed, at ease, down to earth, and are a joy to talk to. All of my visits had very little wait and I learned something new about muscle pain, back aches, stretching, acupuncture, massage, nutrition and more. Candice was wise to study both Eastern and Western medicine. She helped me tremendously with back pain and tinnitus. I highly recommend.

Today I was on my way to my 4th treatment of tendinitis in my elbow when I got the call. It was the doctors office calling to let me know that the MRI, my insurance has been refusing to approve, has just now been approved. How ironic that my elbow pain is almost entirely gone and they just now want to get me in. I only wish I would have started treatment sooner at the Hub. I am so grateful for the attention and expertise of these ladies. I can not thank them enough and highly recommend anyone with pain issues start here first. I really didn't understand how effective therapy here could be and am truly blow away. Thank you guys.

I have had CHRONIC MIGRAINES for about the last 30 years. I have had a neurologist since the beginning of my migraines, and I have documentation that over 45 types of migraine medicines did NOT work for me. I have also done Botox for about 15 years. Last fall, my body reached the point that the medications prescribed did not work and neither did the Botox. I became desperate to find a fix so I didn’t have migraines 28 out of 30 days a month. A friend of mine told me that he thought I would get migraine relief from Candice and the acupuncture she provides. I tired acupuncture because I had nothing to lose and everything to gain. I started acupuncture treatments with Candice. She and her team of massage therapists have me living an almost “normal” life. I rarely get migraines anymore! I also don’t take prescribed medication anymore (with the help of my neurologist I slowly went off all the medications.) This whole process didn’t happen in one or two treatments but for the first time in 30 years I am living a life I forgot a existed. I don’t think 5 STARS are enough, there has to be more.
