Absolutely fantastic is the best way to describe everyone here. From my initial consultation everyone was extremely kind and helpful. They answered all my questions and explained the whole process till I felt comfortable. The whole laser process was a very unique experience no pain at all. Recovery time is pretty quick. Very happy I chose to have it done.

Go get LASIK here ASAP. I could not recommend more! The doctors and nurses are very helpful and knowledgeable. The entire process from eye exam to the surgery took under 3 hours. The surgeon was fantastic and I couldn’t be happier with my results. I was so nervous to get the procedure but the nurses and the surgeon made it a comfortable process and kept me informed through the whole procedure. The entire staff was wonderful and the whole experience was great. It’s been less than 24 hours and my vision is perfect for the first time in years.

Doctors and nurses were very thorough with initial tests and going over everything that I can expect before the procedure itself was done. The procedure lasted less than 10 minutes, some mild discomfort, but nothing that I could not tolerate. After the first day, I could already tell my vision was better. Great experience overall!

I’m giving TLC 3 stars as a company and 5 stars to Sabrina at this location. I had LASIK a couple of years ago at Denver location, but my vision never reached 20/20. After a year, it worsened to -0.75, and I nearly failed my driver’s license eye test. The enhancement plan process was frustratingly slow—over six months for two callbacks—and consultations are limited to early Tuesday mornings with a $99 fee. I was told I could ask the local office to waive the fee, but they didn’t.

Thankfully, Sabrina was incredibly helpful. Before I paid for the consultation, she reviewed my case and noticed that I wasn’t an immediate candidate for enhancement (borderline at -1.00 is typical). She suggested waiting to avoid complications if a third surgery became necessary. And if I need to do surgery at a later time, I have to pay consultation fee again. Her honesty, patience, and thoughtful suggestions saved me time, money, and frustration. I’ll return when my vision worsens and make an appointment with her.

I wish TLC treated enhancement patients as good as new customers. We are already frustrated by not achieving expected results and getting worse/significant discomfort in eyes, and being treated differently by the company feels helpless and very disappointed which makes a 3 stars.

I had a great experience with LASIK Vision Institute - everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was able to do my consultation and procedure all in the same day, and The whole process took less than two hours with the procedure itself lasting maybe 15 minutes. I just drove to and from my follow-up appointment and I have no pain or irritation and confirmed 20/20 vision. It would be hard to ask for a more efficient process.

Quick process to figure out if I was a candidate and very friendly staff to ease my worries. Staff explained the pre, during, and post recovery process extensive. They were available for any questions. I started with 20/400 on Friday and on Monday I had 20/15. Thank you! I wish I did it years before!
