BARBARA BURNS FNP-C: HORRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER!!

No stars are deserved but unfortunately it does not have that option!
Came here for a last-minute physical for my daughter who is trying out for cheer. Her NORMAL pediatrician was not available, and I procrastinated- my fault. Side note, my daughter had a physical the year prior and was in cheer as well. She also has a diagnosis of cerebral palsy and it only affects her right side, but she does not let it limit her at all. The bed side manner of the NP on site yesterday was unbelievable. I have never in my life had a person make my daughter feel less than and she accomplished that for the whole visit! We did not bring her eyeglasses because she had been at therapy prior. The NP stated if she did not have her glasses and did not have adequate scoring on exam, she would fail her physical and there is nothing they can do since I have already paid for my exam, basically no money back! The way she talked to my daughter was very dismissive. She was very rude about it and matter of fact, like we were wasting their time. She then proceeded to bring up her weaknesses on her right side and she needed to do her best in order to pass her exam. My daughter is a very strong willed and independent person but yesterday, Barbara Burns FNP-C, you tore her self-esteem down and she was beyond upset after her physical. You need to take some classes on how to handle children and adults!

Dr was great. Last mon appointment, had no idea this place existed. Will definitely use more. Dr spent time with me and went through a lot of info. Never had that much attention before. Definitely recommend

Did a walk in, one time and was seen fairly quickly. Made an Appointment the next time and went well too. This place is very professional and friendly and took care of my needs with great communication. Since it was going to be two months before i could get an appointment with my doctor, The Little Clinc helped me out. got perscriptions and Medical advice.

Brought my children in for a sports physical. Didn't have an appointment but the staff was so helpful to get me the correct forms I needed and got my children in a timely manner. The receptionist and provider both had fantastic attitudes and it was an extremely pleasant visit. Will definitely return when needed.

Waited for an hour just for a shot. They said they called my name but never acknowledged when I came to the counter to check frequently. Horrible service.

Supposedly walk-ins are accepted but that’s not the case went twice, on Wednesday I was told there was no provider there that day that took my insurance after the front desk MA made me wait 15 minutes (didn’t take my insurance to check before making me use the self check in) told by her to come back Friday no later than 4 came in on Friday was given a run around that they were booked and that I should come back Saturday to have a TB test read on Wednesday… that’s 4 days not 2-3 that TB would be useless they need more competent people working.

Don’t go to this so called Climic!!! They basically will make you wait until the pregnant assistant decides it’s your turn. Very unprofessional!!
