Dr. Foy is the best PCP I have ever had! He is understanding, thorough, and kind. The nurses and staff are also very kind. Every checkup is just a great experience all the way around!

Worse experiences for seeking medical answers. Very rude. Very unprofessional. This is in regards to the person who saw me. She seem very angry. Next time, I’ll go to Branson urgent care or Washington Regional.

I had to drive an hour and a 1/2 to come get lab work done. And they said that they could get me in today If I got there before 4 30. I got there at 4 and they got all the papers done at 4:09 and they sent me downstairs to the lab. Area and I sat there four an hour and a half just to get told to go home. I understand that there are weights in the medical industry, especially when it comes to smaller things. But I sat there for an hour and a half just to get send home and They don't even have the lab testing people there today. But they still said that they could get my labs done today. I wasted an hour and 1/2 driving, and lost lots of money as I had to call in for work. All for nothing.

5 stars for Robin Fojas in Urgent Care. She was excellent with our toddler, very gentle and to the point. She also made sure to send prescriptions fast so they could be ready as soon as possible.

Excellent care. I already being to a medical group but if their walk-ins are closed I always go to the Med. I don’t feel rushed. They take the time to address my concerns and I feel confident with their diagnosis and treatment of my condition. Highly recommend.

Once you are in an ER exam room and numerous tests done. You become an invisible patient. Don't worry about the call button as you can't get anyone to see what you need. After waiting 3 hours and no doctor to see you, A PA shows up and tells you that you are being discharged and hands you the discharge paperwork and sends you on your way
