She is very pushy and doesn’t respect her patients. She had a doctor with “decades of experience” in my procedure to observe even though I clearly stated I was uncomfortable with his presence. She told me I had a tumor and when she saw my visceral reaction she said it was normal to have fibroids. When I had an ultrasound outside of this office, the doctor there was the one who recommended they get removed. Something I had gone to her for. She clearly because a doctor to make money not to help patients. It’s incredibly disappointing and I would never recommend her.

My primary doctor referred me to this doctor. I provided all my information prior to coming in just to be told that they can verify my insurance and I informed them they could’ve told me before having to leave work and coming all the way over here for nothing I could’ve reached out to my insurance as well. This was just a waste of time, and the response was oh, I’m by myself with only one patient in the waiting room. She didn’t know how to multitask and call insurance to verify. The doctor has a very high reputation however, her staff not professional. I waited for this appointment for a month

Dr. Prema is a terrible professional. She would never recommend her services. When she entered the office she already had an opinion, without seeing or hearing me. She immediately said that I had nothing, that everything was fine. She did not want to review the exams that she had, she did not examine me, and she did not listen to me, she did not want to answer my questions. I asked her to give me some recommendations on what tests to do and she told me that she didn't look in pain, that she should only take medicine to control the pain. She has had severe pain in her uterus for 4 months and according to her that pain is nothing, and she dared to judge my symptoms. She is a terrible doctor and she doesn't know the word empathy, and she has no calling to help patients. Definitely a very bad experience.

Dr. Prema is the best when it comes to women's health and menopause or perimenopause. She takes her time to explain processes that are not talked about and is invested in her patients. I would totally recommend her! She is empathetic and can share information based on her own experiences. She tries remedies herself before sharing with her patients. She's the best!

I don't give reviews often, but this had to be done - My visit with Dr. Prema was nothing short of TRAUMATIC. I went in after having issues with recurring utis, pelvic pain, and recurring infections after YEARS of having no answers. I was so excited to finally see a urologist, but instead I was left questioning whether or not this was even a urologist, and on top of that, a qualified doctor in general.

Dr. Prema repeatedly interrupted me when I tried asking my questions, insisted SEVERAL times that I couldn't even be having the issues I've been suffering with for three years because "I'm too young and healthy", which is an assumption she made without running a single test, by the way. She repeatedly tried to tell me to take antibiotics every day even though I told her several times this solution was ALREADY prescribed to me and it didn't work - she just continued to steamroll anything I said.

Then, she gave me the roughest pap smear I ever had (which I didn't even need and didn't agree to) and was in and out of the room within probably 8 minutes. She also gave me an ultrasound, and said everything looked healthy - when I asked if my IUD could be causing these issues, she said there's no way.

Well, lo and behold, I booked an appointment with a qualified, empathetic OB-GYN shortly after and she found that MY IUD WAS EMBEDDED. Which is something an ultrasound would and should have shown. If only I could have gotten these answers sooner without being gaslit by a doctor who insisted I was healthy! Luckily I'm feeling SO much better now, but seriously, find a doctor who cares if you want to be taken seriously and if you want to find solutions to any kind of chronic health issue you're having. This practice is not it.

Dr. Prema is the best UroGinecologist!!! She did surgery last year on me and everything was perfect! her nurses called me next day to ask how I was feeling. Dr. Prema knows how women are and takes care of all the details a male doctor cannot understand , she makes you feel safe and in good hands!! Thank you Dr. Prema!!! Blessings forever 😇👏

Dr. Prema is an amazing health provider. Not only is her demeanor comforting but she is extremely knowledgeable in her field. I had to go through 4 different doctors to finally see results for my abnormal bleeding issue. Dr. Prema was the only doctor who provided me with options other than a hysterectomy, which I was not ready to deal with. I appreciated her willingness and effort to figure out what was causing my issue and explore other options to control it. Within a few visits she had my issue under control. I am grateful for her patience and understanding of my needs and I would recommend her to anyone seeking a provider who is trustworthy, knowledgeable and doubtful of their current provider. Don't settle, at the very least get a second opinion with Dr. Prema. You won't regret it.
