Dr. Stanford is hands down the best doctor. He is very personable with an excellent bed side manner. He treated my 16 year old with respect and care. We left knowing exactly what to expect and how to handle his diagnosis. I cannot express my gratitude enough for this wonderful doctor.

My experience has been great. I recently had total hip replacement. Surgery went great. Followup appointment all questions answered thoroughly. The dr and staff extremely nice and helpful. Staff has made this recovery process so relieving.

We love all of the staff at TOC! When you're going somewhere like this, you're afraid and stressed. They all put your mind at ease. They are fabulous Drs and I believe that they really want to help you. If they can't, they will find someone who may be able to. They really want to help you! I'm thrilled that they picked our city to build and work here. They are GREAT! Staff is great and will help in any way that they can. I'm thankful for them.

My husband dislocated his shoulder Friday August the 30th X-ray confirmed. Er Physician Mark Wendloowski referred us to TOC for MRI. Had to wait thru labor day weekend. Called TOC yesterday Tuesday September the 3rd for an MRI... They scheduled us for today Wednesday September the 4th. I thought wow they must be good. Lol I was wrong. 1st bad experience was you walk off the elevator to room of receptions who don't actually help you and your lost on what to do. You finally see the kiosk too the side. No one helped or guided us on what to do. 2nd was after having filed out info on kiosk we got called up to fill out paperwork a lot of which was the same info asked on kiosk. No one in the facility actually reads the paperwork anyway. We get called again to pay copay. We are later brought to a waiting room no one even tells you what your waiting for. Apparently it was just to get another X-ray wth. Why not get the X-ray from ER. We get sent back to front waiting room. Then we are called back again, but this time we are brought to the exam room. PA ask why we're there. See told you they don't read the paperwork. Fast forward then we went over information with a PA that we already knew, and was told they would schedule the appointment for MRI and to come back to them September 16th to go over the MRI. After that we were taking to a waiting room before checking out. ? See no one listens to the patient. If they did we would have been doing an MRI today instead of whatever they wanted to do. They really get in no hurry to fix injured patients. Why do we have to got thru all this stuff and no one is fixing it. I took a look around and no one there looked happy the patients nor staff. They wouldn't even help the injured patients who were having trouble walking. It seems all they care about is how much money they can get from you. It seems they definitely don't care about getting the injured fixed and healed asap. Thank you for having us repeat step one when we should be on step two, and closer to a solution of fixing my husband who is in pain....‍♀️‍♀️

They take your money and run you through like a cattle farm. Scheduled for a MRI just to get X-ray $$ I have already gotten done twice. Then told to go somewhere else for MRI.$$ Then they would see me back in 10 days. $$ I already paid the er. All I needed was a MRI from them like the er requested. I wish people would be more honest and stop taking advantage of people!

Nice and supper clean only thing was they were running about 1hour behind. Doc was great and took his time with me explaining things. Over all great place.
